It's hard for me to personally express my pain and struggles when facing my trauma head on, it can be overwhelming. Its empowering to be on the other side of it though. Give yourself grace it isnt easy to heal and work through whats been supressed for a long time, but once you have overcome those trauma triggers you are unstoppable. Thanks for sharing. ❤

Same here Jacob ! It's like the fears get into you another time , and your traumas too when you say " alright I've got over them " But in reality you did not . Oooh you are NOT alone Jacob!! So much past trauma has been bubbling up for me lately. Release release release. It's not easy but the more I let go the more free I am beginning to feel. I'm in complete tower moments atm with moving and now looking for a new job at the same time after my client suddenly passing. I know this is all happening for my expansion but it is hard. Man when I tell you I’m going through the same stuff you’ve been going through I really mean it and just like you I’m at the most loneliest time , it’s literally just me fighting for my sanity , but I’m aware that this is for a bigger cause and that this is helping me to get to the next level of my life , sometimes old trauma and fear resurface in order for us to understand ourselves better and get us to that 5th dimension. Just know that there is a bigger picture behind all of your pain and loneliness and everything you going through. You are not alone , I love you brother ! I believe in you ❤️ also from 29-31 the first wave of 5d ascension is hitting. So all this energy you feeling is also normal , is for you to dive in deeper and understand, yourself and the source even more. 💫

I have a fear of being seen as well. Sometimes I’m conflicted with the desires that I have, I doubt myself and all of what my heart yearns for. I fear being seen, of being wanted. Being seen means demons who don't want to see you grow are and will be on attack. We don't realize through life why we fear being great. It's becsuse some of us experience hardship when doing well or growing, so much so that now we have this fear of growing and don't know why. Once we get past that hump of fear, it can get better as you recognize where this feeling comes from, closing that gap of now knowing helps us navigate better.
