#Askgmbn having reached 65 years old I now have time to ride but also the inflexibility that makes getting on a bike tough, and the bones that break more easily. Why not do a video where you go out with an old-blokes club to see how they've adapted

Ref your what would I like to see, tbh new tech is great but for most of us, not really an option to go and buy it, for me the best articles are adventures, stroke projects, my personal favourite, random tandem. Laughed so much, stuff like this are real world challenges, and I think most of us can relate to this type of content, just my opinion I know.

#askgmbn please could you do a proper budget competition series where all presenters including tech have say £1000 to buy a bike online knowing they will probably need to perform maintenance and or upgrade parts then through a series of mtb disciplines to see who’s is best, perhaps winner of each stage gets a cash bump? #askgmbn Hello gmbn crew I have some questions about carbon frames and shock placement I am looking to buy a new bike and it probably will be a carbon frame But in my shed i hang my bike on the wall with an airlock from hiplock Will this damage a carbon frame by hanging it from the top tube ? Also a lot bike i am looking at have the damper placed at the top tube, that wil be hard of impossible to hang like this ? Of so you have ideas or suggestions to work around this ?
