You installed a programmed emulator but are still getting a no crank no start. Do this.

If you installed a programmed emulator (hopefully from us), and you are now getting red and yellow dash lights on the instrument cluster when the key is turned to position 2. This means the emulator is programmed and working.
Now we have to check the starter fuse and starter relay. This video shows you where to find the fuse and relay. If those are good, we also show how to jump the starter from the fuse box by shorting pins 87 and 30 of the starter relay.
