I love Ominis so much. He might not be the best person in the world but he stayed loyal to his friends

He is a great person. His only normal family member was his aunt Noctua and yet he turned against his family's views on pureblood supremacy and dark magic. And he only used the Cruciatus curse after he was tortured with it. I'm quite sure that most adults (both in real life and in HP) would have done it if they were simply threatened with the spell but he resisted much longer, as a child. There are plenty of reasons why he could have been a villain but he's still on the good side. He is also definitely much wiser than Sebastian, that's why he's my favourite character in the game.

Unfortunetly I'm ain't no legilimentor so this is only the list my own thoughts but here's why he's my favourite HL character: 1) I can somehwat relate to him, since both of us are introverts. 2) I like how the character was built, I simply think he is really interesting. Especially with his blindness. 3) he was raised in an abusive household where his aunt was the only normal person, and despite all of it he turned out to hate dark magic and the pureblood supremacy theory. He even resisted against casting the Crutiatus curse on innocent muggles (yes I know that after he was tortured he did it but keep in mind that he was a child and most people couldn't stand against that curse as adults either). Which proves that he is simply a great person. 4) I think he is just like a hedgehog: for first when you see his back you'll think he's a rude and hateful creature but if you get to see his (real) face you'll realise that in fact he's a kindhearted and caring person.

It's most likely that Marvolo was his older brother, it fits the timeline more (also, he was disowned by the family so he surely wouldn't have inherited the ring, nor the medal which Marvolo had). So killing him is a really evil decision to make on every way, and his death does mot influence the birth of the Knowsless Menace (no one nose where his knows is) at all.
