Love her version of this song! I wish we had a better audio track for this but glad to have it at all!

What a talent! She had it all: Power, emotion, breath control, phrasing, perfect pitch, and an overall total mastery of the basics.

We aficianados endure many derisive comments (when extolling the virtues of the Lawrence Welk Show). BUT...the musicianship was simply superb, they played some of the finest music in the 20th Century repertoire, and these were genuinely likable people. I often wonder if today's rappers will still be touring nationwide to sold-out auditoriums 35 years after their TV appearances ended!

This lovely woman has an incredible voice. I like this version as well as Rosemary Clooney's. Ralna has the finest rendition I know of the hymn, "How Great Thou Art."

Hunh? I grew up watching the 1970s series. I watched the Lawrence Welk show with my grandmother and then after wards it would be Wild Kingdom.

If you listen to this, then listen to Ralna and the Ad-Libs to see how she progressed vocally over a span of 20 years.

Much better without Hovis' voice messing it up. And no people I don't especially like Guy Hovis.
