Woo Hoo! You’ve made it!! We have officially gone from 0 to over 5,000 STEPS through this beginner walking workout series towards a fitter, stronger version of you! How awesome is that!!
This final 50 minute, low impact workout walks you all the way through the decades from the 60’s to the 00’s with a warm up and cool down.

I'm 71. Walk most days, gym 2-3 times a week. But this was just what I needed during a huge hailstorm!

I love love love this work out!!! Everything about it! Gina is the best! The music is awesome and the moves are perfect for anyone. I own a lot of the Up to the Beat DVD's and I have done many of her online workouts but this is my personal favorite. You can work as hard as you want for your fitness level or take it easy if it's not your best day. Thank you so much Gina for always putting your heart and soul into everything you do. I appreciate you.

Wow loved this workout !! The music was fantastic as well and loved all the moves. For a couple of the songs I even used light handweights so really worked up a sweat. Thank you so much Gina so needed in this Sydney lockdown.

Thank you so much, Gina, for posting all these videos for beginners. I really appreciate it as I am a senior now and a lot of the moves from some of your videos are too difficult for me now that I used to be able to do. I have bought most of your DVDs and love them but have found that the Power Walk through the Decades is a little too difficult for me right now. I am so proud of myself that I have been able to do this complete beginner 57-minute video now and have done it several times. It gives me a great workout, gets all of my muscles working and gets my heartrate up, too, all while thoroughly enjoying the music you have chosen. Thank you so much for going to the work of putting these on KZbin. I would love for you to do more similar videos in the future when you have time. I think there are a lot of us "oldies" who want to keep exercising but whose bodies won't let us do all the really fast and hard stuff anymore. Your videos are fun and are also great workouts! I am having a ball doing them in Cedar City, Utah. Keep up the great work! Oh, and I am 30 years older than you and can keep up with you pretty well on these beginner videos! Thanks again so much!

I am so thankful that you take the time to do some videos for beginners or older people that can't keep up anymore. I am almost 67 years old. I love seeing your smile and your beautiful face every morning! I love your Australian accent, too! I think it was two years ago, I bought your SMILE videos for Christmas for all of my friends who I thought might use them. I hope they have as much fun as I do with them! I agree that it's much more fun exercising to your videos than walking on a treadmill. Please keep up your fantastic work! I will continue using your videos on KZbin and purchased ones as long as my body will hold up! I even got KZbin Premium just so I wouldn't get commercials in the middle of the workouts! It's great!

Did this today as a gentle but calorie burning workout after going to the chiropractor earlier in the week. Did 6016 steps, way over the 5000, and burned 285 active calories. Thanks for this Gina!

Just finished this workout, and yes! Love it! Between your walk into 2020 workout 5-6 days a week, intermittent fasting and going keto, I've gone from 196lbs to 141lbs since Dec 29,2020. Thank you for keeping me moving!!!

I couldn’t go to the gym today because of quarantining before cataract surgery tomorrow. I am so happy I was able to get in 5000 steps with this workout! I will do another one after I eat some lunch. I am working out in my living room in Waterford, WI, USA.

wow!! this was amazing!! I can usually only get in a 30 minute workout, but today I had an hour available; at the halfway mark, I wasn't sure I would be able to finish, but I kept moving and felt my energy increase with each new song. I feel wonderful! Why? it's all those small steps over the past months that brought big change. Thank you SO much for sharing your passion with us and helping us stay healthy! Blessings!

I have Gina's DVDs but not tried a KZbin one before. Loved it! Done some other 5000 steps walks before but none of them got me close to that number - Gina, though, did. I clocked 6312 sfeps in tbis one! And it was so much fun.

I got diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called carcinoid in 2019 I was very active before the operation but since I have struggled massively but I’m doing the Macmillan august dance challenge and I have discovered your workouts and I’m absolutely loving them 100 % keeping them up once I have finished the challenge you have made me feel alive again so Thankyou Gina your amazing xxx

Hi Gina today I finally did 5000 steps. Worked up to it thru your workout routines. I stated with 10 and now in a few months I reached tonight the 5000!!! Thankyou your workouts are great made a big difference to my health. I enjoy the music and steps and I am smiling!! Look forward to doing this workout again and again along with others. I have been doing your workout 5 days a week for the past two months. I have made my own play list as you have suggested and love it. Between the workouts and watching what I eat, I'm down 30lbs!! I decided to jump head first and just to the 5000 steps without working my way up and to my surprise I didn't struggle! So proud of myself! Thank you Gina for what you do, be blessed ❤

Loved this today! Just wanted a walking workout, so did this all the way through for a longer walk and higher step count...managed 6079 steps!!! Loved walking through the decades too and party rockers was perfectly placed to give me the energy lift I needed as I started to get tired! Done and Dusted 💪🙌

Gina, sending much love and wishing many blessings upon you. After a year of not working out I decided to go at it again, I remember this was one of my favorites. I just want to say THANK YOU!!! 💜 I tried other videos and all tho I'm sure they work great for others they weren't for me. After 8 minutes of cardio i was about to pass out and my heart felt it was jumping out of my chest. Your videos are at such great pace that all tho I hadn't worked out for a year I managed through the whole video 💪🏻 today was day 2 and I must say I'm excited and happy to be back with your videos. What a great series, Gina! I twisted my ankle almost 4 months ago and I've had to scale back my high impact workouts. This was a great way to still move yet be mindful of my ankle. Thank you so much! Any chance you'd do something like this with all Latin music? That would be tons of fun! Maybe the dances get a little more complex every 1000 steps, for example? Just a thought. 💃

I've been doing your workouts regularly since the start of the year and finally managed the full 5000 steps today! But I think Gina focuses more on walking/dancing workouts.... Every instructor has their ow specialty so to say, there is plenty of strength training on KZbin...

@@yevgeniyaleshchenko849 Gina does some excellent short burst toning workouts you can add to a cardio session as well as walk & tone , or add all the short ones together 💪🏼 variety is always good agreed but Gina does offer the full package, up to you how you adapt it, dancing with light weights regularly is enough for amazing upper body tone 😉👍🏼💖

Hi there Gina B… I am 62 , in better shape than most women my age…..and totally loving all this music, 💜💕💜 thank you so much. I don’t know how all the you tube music works other than I would love to ask if the pace could be just a little bit faster??? More like 140-150 beats per minute? You are such a wonderful instructor, you know how to cue the next move, 🥰 And I know you are going for the beginners, but would it be possible to make a more intermediate/advanced pace? Believe me, I don’t want to over do….just a little bit more ❤️
