You are so right, Judy! I remember never burning my expensive candles and waiting until we had guests over. I stopped doing that because I want to use those nice things for me, not wait to use them for other people. Enjoy your things and live a happy life.

It’s beautiful how you can speak about your mom with good memories and without it letting it bring you down or ruin your mood. Sometimes grief hits me in a way where I tend to avoid speaking of fond memories because it just hurts so much. I wish I was as strong as you when it comes to that. God bless

Judy has always been the vlogger I always go back to watch. The family and the content minus the brand deals always feel authentic. I tried to stay loyalty to other vloggers but something about them just sometimes doesn’t sit right with me. Keep it up Judy and family that’s why people love you

Also, I really admire Judy for mentioning AprilJustinTv no matter if it was planned or not. April just posted a video recently about how aimless she felt and insecure she felt about the yt algorithm. Wow! Judy the talk about using your nice stuff and luxury goods was chicken soup for my soul! Thank you! ❤ I am 64 years old and today I was talking to one of my long tome friends. We have been friends from school days She was saying EXACTLY what you were saying about using your good stuff and not storing it up. I really needed to hear this and so I was like…. “Ok Lord I get the message!” I am one of these people who has best or good stuff that has never been used and some really nice stuff that only comes out on very very special occasions. My friend reminded me ‘ you’re worth it! Use it ‘ Glad to hear Papa is doing as well as he can considering. I am a widow of 3 years and was married to my hubby for 34 years. I still catch myself waiting for him to come home at his usual time, and I miss him so much thoughI have good friends and loving family. When my mother was dying in ICU I just could not bring myself to enter her room. I'd go to the hospital each day and say "today is the day". I just could not do it. They moved her to a private room and I was eventually able to be with her. So this grieving process is very, very difficult. Be well.

I definitely needed that talk Judy. I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant with my first and I’ve been feeling so blah lately but today I put on a dress I’ve never worn (still had the tag) and even though I’m not going anywhere today besides packing some boxes for our move, I feel a lot better about myself. My mom is the same. She doesn’t want to “waste” her good things and the truth is it’s a waste if we never get to use it. Idk if it’s a Filipino mom mentality but I definitely know what you’re saying. Thank you for the reminder to go ahead and use your nice things regardless of what you’re doing for the day. We deserve to feel our best! 🫶🏼❤️✨

Agreed Judy!! I'm definitely a huge "this is too nice to use for x y z" and then one day I realize I've waited so long, the products have gone bad. Now I try to use what I have and if I had the money to splurge on it, I should be using it. Which is the whole point of buying it.

Hi Judy, My brother passed away in September, and my dad in February. We had back-to-back deaths in the family. But I am not here to tell my story. It will take time (even years) to go through their stuff and finally let go. When you are ready, I recommend giving Mamma stuff to family and friends. Then donate any other items to honor her. I plan to donate my dad and brother in Fiji by giving their shirts to farmers who can't afford clothes. I hope this helps. Send you love and a big hug!

Judy. You hear you on that. When you buy nice and expensive stuff USE IT. My mom is the same way. My brother bought her a nice rice cooker too bc her is getting old and she took it out of the box to use it once, only once then put it back inside the box. She's back to using her old rice cooker bc she says it's not broken it's still good. So yeah my mom hears the same from us too use it while you can don't save it bc yeah you never know that is facts.
