Tracey I just wanted to thank you. I have be subscribed to you for a few years but after watching your video on exercise and the excuses that we. (I) use. I decided no more. I have Cerebral Palsy but January 2nd 2024 I started exercising. I do an hour cardio 6 days a week and have lost 2 stone so far. Thank you !😀

I love this message, thank you, Tracy! I made a daily document and I put a graphic of a dove and serpent for a visual reminder of Matthew 10:16 (to be shrewd as serpents and innocent as doves) and I also have Ephesians 6:10-11 on it to remind me to put on the full armor of God! It has been a blessing to see how the message God has had for my sister and me is consistent with what you’ve been saying lately! I love a Sacred Echo (that’s a book title)!

Thank you for this message! Each morning we have to get POWER by putting on our full armor of God. Pray to put on belt of truth. Overview daily documents to put on breastplate of righteousness. Workout to put on the shoes of peace. Eat a healthy breakfast to take up a shield of faith. Doing this by feeding your body and feeding your faith with the Word of God. Read your Bible to put on your helmet of righteousness and sharpen your Sword of the Spirit.

I'm not struggling, but the struggle has shown up. I would say, my work makes me more a target than most. When you help people live a better life, the enemy can't do his work. Of course, he will want to pounce on someone like me. I'm a threat. But I'm bigger, better, and a bad a**. There's no room or space to rent. My hope is we are ALL doing a lot! A lot of good.
