I don't know for sure, but my theory is this: Lloyd is the original character for Indigo Park, which is why he has his own "throw-back" plush (the black and white lion plush). Rambley then became the new face for Indigo Park, which is why we see him shaking hands with Lloyd with the piece of paper in the painting. It symbolizes Lloyd handing over the franchise to Rambley. Rambley resents Lloyd, because he's the newer character and since he took over as the face of the park, he should be better than Lloyd. He also feels like its his fault why all the guests left and staff stopped showing up. Rambley feels like he failed and the park shut down while he was in charge, which is why he's so adamant on keeping you (a new guest) there in the park. As for why Lloyd and Mollie are so aggressive, I have no idea. But I have a feeling is has something to do with Rambley.

Fun fact: the Mollie animatronic sounded like they were saying "he hurt Lloyd, he hurt Lloyd, hê hµr† Llð¥Ð.." Another fun fact: while seeing Mollie trapped in the cage in the minigame has a related line to the death screen of Mollie that maybe says, "get back in your cage bird!" aggressively. Also, in the death screen, it shows you that Mollie can repeat sentences. So maybe employees were treating Mollie badly, which might have caused her to be aggressive against you, because she thinks that the player is one of the mascots, employees or even the staff. Mollie appears to be stalking you which is shown in this video. And that means she is observing you while you don't know. The reason why she is observing you moves is that she's trying to predict your moves when she attacks so that she can get ready to know what you are going to do next. That also means that while she stalks you, players don't really realize that she has been stalking you almost every minute. Like I said, Mollie was being mistreated. That caused her to think that every player or human, is her enemy. The reason of why indigo park suddenly closed after mascots, employees, guests and staffs stopped showing up is that the characters grew aggressive. They still think you work in indigo park. That's why they tried to kill you throughout the playthrough. We know the mascots and other people here left, but Mollie had blood right when she snapped her head. That means Mollie is alive, maybe they are animals which has been tested on to be a smart and human-sized character so that people who visit indigo park will like the characters and the new characters would be kind. But no, it failed. The newly tested characters started being aggressive. While playing, we see a paper that says the park suddenly closed, which may have been related to when the characters became aggressive towards guests. That might have meant that the characters tried to kill everyone at the park. We also did see in the paper a sentence that relates to my explanation, and that sentence is, "evacuate". Now either the park had a disaster like fires or floods, or characters grew aggressive.

I have only two assumptions: 1: Someone hacked the Ramble, which could indicate lags in his speech. The fact that we are constantly being watched by cameras means that there may be a person who is luring the player into a trap, deeper into the park. 2. There are probably Rumble costumes in the warehouse and one of the people took it and put it on, hurting the characters and hiding identity. Perhaps this person is also somewhere in the park and controls what the raccoon says.

I think all the characters being aggressive has something to do with the Salem the skunk because in the video game part, Salem is shown throwing a potion at mollie. Also, in the ride part going through all the characters, the spot that was all broken down was salems part, but she wasn’t there. we also saw mollie in a cage as shown in this video and also mollie repeating “ask rambley He hurt Lloyd, He hurt Lloyd” I don’t think that Finley is aggressive. He’s “Obnoxiously shy” and has “a good heart”. We can here mollie repeating things before her death like “Get back in your cage bird” like something is controlling her, Salem perhaps. But at the same time Rambley could be controlling them to get the park back together. As mollie was saying, “HE hurt Lloyd” not “SHE hurt Lloyd” That’s what I think though. And we won’t fully know until the final chapters ending

i personally think there are two Rambleys. One who is the AI, the helpful one, and another who is the actual mascot (maybe a human, maybe similar to how Mollie was created) and that is the evil one. AI Rambley says at the end of Mollie’s death sequence “the mascots are…” and trails off , he specifically says “the mascots” and if Rambley was the new face of Indigo why would he only be an AI? It would make the most sense to have the actual mascot and the AI version (on terms of making money). The character also mentioned with Mollie’s plush that when the new Mollie meet and greet opened, they were first in line. Makes me think this was when Mollie (the one chasing us and not a human mascot) was released and maybe when shit went sideways. I also think Salem has something to do with all of this, perhaps they were the one who made the mascots go batshit. They also mention the park was ‘evacuated’ specifically instead of just one day shutting down which i find interesting. And the ,seemingly, real hair on Issac Indigo’s statue is suspicious and the fact his head follows you, maybe he watches from the statue, maybe he is actually the statue im not sure yet. that’s just my theory
