This was in the same speech where he bragged about not using teleprompters (which has always been a vexing thing for him going back to the days when he was attacking Obama - think it frustrates him having to read because he's always emotionally dead when he's repeating what's on the prompter... like he can't wait to go off script and get into his convoluted "weave").
