For roughly the same price as the GO you can get Quickmill PopUp which has flow control as well. Good video, thank you.

Love the back to basic video's, I want to thank you for your in put when I asked about the Lelit Mara X, you said you hate to make recommendations but you did and I got the Mara X, took 4 days to ship to me and I was sweating bullets waiting for it to come and if I had made the right choice, well all is well in espresso land, I look forward to each morning making espresso for my wife and myself, buying great coffee beans from my local roaster, thanks against and I loved the video you did with your wife :) keep up the great video's

Great machine! I have the old version for 4 years now and no issues except waiting for machine to heat up (that's why I'm getting a profitec Go - fast heat up).

@@UWI-Anna That's why I use a smart plug, the Go looks to be a great machine, I think if the Go had been available back in 2019 I wpold have look at it hard, for a single boiler it ticks all the right boxes, but I love using the E61 lever machine have a great coffee day :)

Interesting picks, I think the Profitec Go is an interesting price point for high build quality and a PID. Its not something you would ever need to upgrade unlike the other two I suspect people will want to upgrade in a couple of years. Oddly today also saw Lance Hedrick do a review on a cheapish feature rich espresso machine from the manufacturers in China that make the DF grinders which seems like another possible option.

Yeh, I am still waiting to get my hands on the Turin legato but for some reason it's not getting past Australian ratings yet. 🤔 It's been out almost a year. Yeh I think it could be excellent but unsure of its longevity.

I mean the Gaggia was last you a lifetime, just as the Profitec will, the others imo are throw away landfill coffee machines.

Love your channel! I'm looking to buy a coffee machine for my daily espresso. I previously used the Sage/Breville Barista Express for a short period before returning it to a friend. Considering prices in my country, I'm deciding between the following options: 1. Turin/Miicoffee V2 for $700 2. Profitec Go for $900 3. New Sage Barista Express for $750 4. Lelit MaraX for $1250 5. New Gaggia classic pro E24 Which one would be the best buy, or should I consider a different Model?
@Rydecoffeecoach2 ай бұрын
Thanks! My picks would be maraX or the Go. Stay away from the sage Express. The Turin could be good but could also fall apart, it's largely untested. 👌

That's very hard! 😅 It would be Decent XL (or Bengle when it comes out!), then probably the KVDW Speedster and maybe San Remo You. But it would be hard to not also consider LM Gs3 (although it's a bit outdated now) and or Nurri R, actually there's so many! 😅 They are all good.

@ you have given me some homework now. I have never heard of those. I thought you would say the Syncronica 2 or Rocket.
@Rydecoffeecoach2 ай бұрын
@paulvictor9368 oh 😅 well yes the Synchronika 2 should be amazing. I like Rocket machine but Profitec or ECM have better bang for buck. 👌

profitec go or lelit Victoria? Seems that specs are better on Leleit. What is your opinion/ Thank you?

Yeh I left both the Rancilio and gaggia out only because while they are cheap and excellent quality, they aren't good for beginners because they are just super inconsistent unless you already know what you're doing or you're super into learning (which many newbies aren't). 😋

@@Rydecoffeecoach thank you for answering. Im over our breville barista leaking all the time. So i am trying to think of getting a reliable machine and i can grow with it. My plan is that when family and friends come over they can enjoy a cafe quality coffee and i have the fun of making.

@@karlproksch1350 oh yeh, I hate the Barista Express machines, just super poorly made. So depending on budget for grinder and machine and you want to achieve excellent quality, something like a Eureka Mignon Specialita and the Profitec Go or Lelit MaraX are great combos. I think the Profitec Move will be awesome too. There's lots of great machines once you get out of the appliance space. You have to look for deals with local distributors but it's hard to go wrong.

2:24 So the boiler allows you to get up to 15 bar pressure ?!!! I suggest you go back to coffee academy coach. It's the vibratory pump that build up the pressure. The boiler is just a pressure vessel that holds the heated/pressurized water.
