Good points I've left SD in computer a few times. I now always have a spare in my drone bag
@JustinBainbridgeYT6 ай бұрын
Yeah, I've left it at home before too. Luckily, I always carry a spare these days as well. Thanks for watching 😀

I just want to say, I'm totally guilty here, and I'm not a beginner. I know better, but there have been more times than not, that I didn't even check my props. I just remembered watching a video one time of a guy who lost just one of his props in the air and it dropped like a stone to the ground, I believe. So many times, it's just the simple, but important stuff that can get you. You really made an impression on me, in this video. Marc T.

We are all guilty, sometimes if you're in a rush it's easy to just quickly throw it in the air. But it really does pay to take the few seconds extra to do these quick checks. I've made it habit but all habits need time to be installed. But as long as we're trying that's better than nothing

Yep! I am guilty of getting to the site that I intended to shoot and after a few photos, I switched to "video" mode and got the dreaded "Storage Is Full" message! That's right, my SD card was still in my card reader at home. A 15 mile ride for nada! Lol. Now I keep extras in the car as well!
@JustinBainbridgeYT6 ай бұрын
Yep, we've all learned the hard way for that one, haha. Always have a spare card in the bag at all times now. 😀

Oops sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. Anyway this is a nice educational tips. Keep it up. I want to ask if any of us on this platform has solution for aircraft disconnection within 10 meters. Welbeck here from Accra Ghana west Africa. Stay blessed and safe all the time Amen. Be well soon.

Thanks Welbeck! I'm starting to get better but it's been a pretty rough couple of weeks 🤒 I would really out to DJI and possible vet the drone replaced under warranty. That sounds like a fairly major issue

Also my drone tells me to check the propeller screws to make sure they are tight. Have you had an issue with your gimbal being a little off centre, when I fly my pro 4 it is noticeable when theres the horizon and looks like it is slightly going up or downhill. Not major. Ive recalibrated it but it is still a little off. Cheers Cheryl
@JustinBainbridgeYT6 ай бұрын
Yep, checking the screws are tight is also good practice. You can do a manual gimbal calibration to adjust the horizon. The auto calibration sometimes gets it a little bit off. It's in the same menu section. Just select manual and adjust the horizon value 😃

I had a little accident with an FPV drone a few months ago. It's all good, but my nail looks horrendous, so I'm just saving peoples eyes 😂

Hey my friend how are you. Love these vids man… you are doing great dude… hey I wanted to ask if you can make or maybe have already a video comparison with DJI Mini4 with the Avata 2. Would be great to see both compared and which is better to fly with the and battery life and so on.. would be awesome cause I’m trying to buy one or the other. I’m in between.. lol. Also a video on how to get rulings of the states and how to get the certificate to fly.. let me know.. thank you so much and hope to see more vids man..Again, great videos..Blessing from Orlando…. “Alex” here. Take care man.. 🙏🙏👍👍

Hey man I'm doing good thanks! I hope you're good 😃 I have a video comparing the Mini 4 pro to my freetyle FPV drone already but I do have plans to do a comparison between the Avata 2 and the Mini 4 Pro in the coming weeks. I am not in the states, I know a little bit about the regs over there but I haven't looked into it enough to feel like I could make reccomendations on that just yet. Thanks again Alex! Stay safe man!

On the rear lights, I had one of the covers come off in flight, and disappear forever... Do you know where I could buy these in Western Australia? I don't want to send the whole thing in for service......
@JustinBainbridgeYT6 ай бұрын
Hey! I'm not sure where you can get these from, I have heard about other people losing then and having to send the drone back for a replacement part. Seems strange that its not available. I had a quick look online and I can't find the part either.
@worgle1236 ай бұрын
Dang, I have Care Refresh, so I might just wait 'till I do something really proper to send it back for repairs, as Australia post tends to take their sweet time... Thanks! @@JustinBainbridgeYT

@JustinBainbridgeYT6 ай бұрын
Hey! Yep, it's common sense to some. But people who are new to drones might not know what to check and why. So, hopefully, it'll help that demographic out 😀
