Couldn't agree more, i passed all my P papers first time by really understanding the topics and ensuring i could pass every available practice exam around. By the end of my studies i was able to identify errors in the text books that my learning provider had created (will keep the name of the learning provider to myself). One thing not mentioned in this video is time keeping, which is critical to passing the exams, do the practice exams in a time pressured environmental and don't look at the answers until you've finished!!!!!

@@manasipawar902 time. Use all the time possible before the exam practicing and ensuring you know all areas. Two weeks prior to the exam you need to have learnt everything and in the process of completing all previous tests and ensuring you know it all via this method. In my opinion there are three steps. 1. Making yourself think you know everything. 2. Practising exam questions and ensuring that the examiner thinks you know everything. 3. Picking up the bits you got wrong and ensuring you get those bits correct also.

Thank you for your video...I wrote SBR and SBL exam last week Jun2021 but don't think I will pass...For SBR I studied over 300 hours and I understand all the concepts and read text book and exam kit many times...felt like...I am not good enough for this exam and wondering how some people are passing the exam..May be they are very intelligent....to be honest was very much stressed and feeling sad about myself....I resigned from job to prepare for this exams....want to pass ACCA very badly ....I am doing self study with the help of prerecorded online video and Kaplan text and kit....can anyone please advice me the steps to follow to pass strategic level papers..SBR SBL AFM and APM...... I am feeling very much demotivated....

Does this apply to SBL? I did all past papers and literally nothing similar came up. I learned off all solutions, they paper in June was completely different.

The acca exam board is not like any other exam board they notice that people tend to spot questions and they do not release full set of exam papers

Start with doing RPP for every topic then focus solely on past paper questions, learning from the examiners answers if you get it wrong....if you keep doing this it will work!

I did every past paper on BPPs kit and still failed with 29% Alot of topics were left on in my FA exam There were no sales tax,no prepayments and accruals etc Also the entire structure of the questions were different...idk why that happened but everyone in that sitting failed the exam aswell :/

@@syedataskeenabbas5405 It's just practise mate I just study 1hr everyday that's all it takes keep practising different questions. I personally use kaplan study materials. 7 months ago when I commented above I completed 4 papers now I'm on my 9th paper waiting for my result

Yes you can but you will have to first give diplome papers Ma1 Ma2 Fa1 Fa2,then tou will enter Acca,these are not hard though, but if u enter after Alevel ,these diploma papers will be exempted and you will enter directly in Acca.This was the policy for me 2 years ago.
