when it comes to prayer (my mum taught me this) if an individual prays for strength, god will give them challenges & obstacles that will help them become stronger, and most of our challenges & obstacles that god points to are within our own hearts & minds

my mum also taught me that everything has ingredients (example; relationships. responsibility, commitment, trust, faith, love, communication etc, etc. and once a bad ingredient gets mixed with the good ingredients it will eventually cause issues. and if we feel or think something for long enough the spirit of whatever it is, will attach itself to us

this is why my mum came to believe in jesus christ. when she was 13 she was hitch hiking from sydney to perth, she got picked up by a group of men, they abused her repeatedly then left with nothing on the side of the highway there was a wombat that slowly approached her and gave her warmth, 2 days later she was found by an elderly asian couple. they taught her how to defend herself & also taught her the bible. this is what taught me not to steal; i stole a packet of toy soldiers & when i got home with them & my mum said where did you steal them from & i told her, then she told me to return them (it was almost an entire hour walk) so did return them. then i got back home my mum gave the money to go & buy them (my mum to me if i wasnt honest it woulda turned out differently)

I have a long way to go before my wife will delete FB. I did a FB fast of one year and within a month or less I had no depression or envy etc. Best thing I did. My wife can't live without knowing

@@scottallen6970 my husband led the way, he asked me to delete his and encouraged me to do the same. I had already been feeling the need to get away from it, so doing it at the same time made it easier for me (I had been on FB for several years longer than he had). I don’t miss it one bit!

I am glad I listened to this. The thing about the meaning of names is something Holy Spirit brought up to me recently. You are right on about grounding and sunlight being pretty much the cure for whatever ails you. Medicine isn't helpful for curing anything, it just covers symptoms and then later causes more problems with our physiology. Pretty much we can be assured that whatever the earthly powers that be are telling us is good or bad, the opposite is likely true. Most of our diseases are from too much synthetic food, synthetic light, synthetic frequencies, etc. Our best recipe for health is the nature that God created for us! I tell people that I am anti-aging!
