I have a different vehicle. But i much prefer the maps being further away. When its closer, it takes my eyes longer to adjust when i glance down at it and then adjust again when i look up.

This video needs to be updated as depending on the size of your infotainment screen and with the new Android auto you can no longer move those widgets it shoves Maps up in this crappy little rectangle up at the top now and puts your weather and your music down at the bottom and you can't swipe either one away anymore

When I switch android auto to dark modus it doesnt go dark, instead it just lowers the screen brightness. Any clue what is going on?
