Great video Dan. Looks like you have a lot of stuff coming along. Your fig looks like it might be the 'Desert King' variety, although there are other similar-looking varieties.

I just picked my first two ripe tomatoes. I reckon it's late from previous years. I tried a sunflower this year, but it died. It was gorgeous until about two weeks ago, then it just wilted and drooped. Oh well, it was pretty while it lasted. Try again next year! I found your channel when I lived in Germany and was looking for a way to repair my polytunnel which ripped apart in heavy winds the very next day after we put it up! I'm back in the UK now and have a small greenhouse. I'm hoping to get a polytunnel up next season. I haven't commented for a while, but I'm always here watching! You gave me a lot of good advice and encouragement to have a go growing things. Appreciate you!

Have been viewing your channel for at least 6 years maybe more. I think i was just searching for gardening channels in general and you came up. Enjoyed binging them in the beginning and now look forward when a new one comes up. I may be wrong, but I have a blurry memory of you changing the name at one time. Your channel is very real.

Cheers Jeffrey. I think you are right about the fig names. I will try and find that video.

I'm in Manitoba, Canada and have to agree that everything seems to be a month behind. Tomatoes are still green, peppers just started to take off, only had a few cucumbers so far. I had to go back through your list of videos but I think I found your channel looking at tips for growing blueberries - Growing Blueberries in UK Harvest - and then started watching a few of your videos after on growing different fruit which you cover very well.

Dear Dan, I really enjoy your videos. It amazes me how much you pack into what seems to me a small space. Although varieties are quite different over here, I am sure many people appreciate the care you take in naming the varieties and for posting the names. Your garden appears to me to be completely enclosed and private. Is this the case? Can anyone see into your garden. You convey the delightful feeling of being Adam in the Garden of Eden. You certainly do fit perfectly into your garden. That is a great part of the enjoyment in watching your videos. An enclosed garden full of natural delights. Thank you, Dan, for these videos. I look forward to enjoying many more stimulating ones. Sincerely, Larry Clarence Lewis London, Ontario, Canada.

At least 4 if not 6 months behind with the tomatoes outside. Just stayed to flower and setting some fruits. Planted leeks out yesterday in the raised planter where the sweet potatoes were supposed to be... But they kinda died bar of 3 plants. And the Logan berry I presumed dead is growing new canes. So, everything is kinda still alive in Staffordshire.

Hi there. I think Worcester Pearmain is partially self fertile so it will produce some fruit on it's own. Better to have another variety as well if you can buy if you can't it should still be ok. Maybe one of your neighbours has an apple tree as well.
