The game is so much fun and a blast to play with friends! Hello, I'm Hazel/the little Byte (the tiny robot with a tv head) running around in the gameplay footage, and I can confirm, playing this with Nova and the server! I had a blast playing with everyone! The game is also based on a Roblox game called Midnight Horrors. But to me I feel like Terrors is. Slightly better for me since midnight horror can be abit more of Quantity to quality moment for both games.

I don't play Roblox myself, but I looked into Midnight Horrors a little. It looks like it has WAY more monsters, but it also looks a lot more heavily focused on memes and hilarity than horror, which I think is Terrors of Nowhere's biggest strong point. It has a really good balance.

Midnight Horrors also stole Bosses from Slender Fortress 2 (which is one Midnight Horrors inspirations) they did remove them but it took them until version 1.22.4 where they removed every "copyrighted or lame killers" out of the game but in reality they just removed the slender fortress 2 bosses Oh and also Slender Fortress 2 is a Team Fortress 2 mod where you go around in different maps and find a specific amount of items before either surviving the whole round or escaping through a pre-set route.

Midnight horrors is a great game, what ruins it is the replayability, you just grind for survivals over and over endlessly I've known this game since 2019, i kind of can't enjoy it anymore, but both the events and lore on it are insane

Midnight horrors is not really a "horror" game, it's supposed to be a fun little survival game that was just made for fun and kinda blew up a bit.

Hey, Jazz-a-Miracle is in the house~! The moment I saw the notification for this video, I was actually playing Terrors of Nowhere on desktop rather than PC-VR (my save file is actually still working, so there is no worries of me restarting!) If you happen to see a girl with a black ponytail and a blue dress, that's me! It was really fun to be with you and the rest of the squad before my laptop crashed for the evening, lol I want to give a big shout-out to Nova for putting this video together, and to Beyond and the rest of their team for creating such an enjoyable game full of secrets and challenges! The world is really planned out, and the amount of secrets and references seem neverending. I say this as a Patreon to Beyond, knowing that my money is going towards someone who deserves the praise, and I also say this as a supporter of the Void Nexus group, knowing that it's a fun and chaotic place that values positivity and offers a safe place in the VRChat community. 💕 If you have never seen Terrors of Nowhere yet (or even the Bus to Nowhere), I highly recommend checking out both worlds (both are PC-Only, sorry Quest users).

Absolutely, I hope you have an awesome time! Terrors of Nowhere I'd say is 75% goofy and hilarious and 25% terrifying. Something about being chased lol or having something suddenly catch you off guard even if it's Tails Doll from Sonic R is still horrifying!

Yeah I learned that after posting the video, excellent info to add! Though ultimately I will always recommend the save manager as the best possible option. That being said, hopefully when persistence comes out officially we won't even need to worry about this stuff. :3

I totally get that! Unfortunately just a touch too beefy for Quest. There are lots of other awesome games to play on VRChat on Quest standalone though! And hey, maybe motivation to connect to PC down the road? ;)
