It’s 1/10 of a liter and is used in Denmark as well. . I usually avoid ‘old’ recipes with dL or I convert to grams. dL, cups, liters etc. is so imprecise. ☺️🤷🏽‍♀️

Other than the amount of salt (which I'd decrease) that looks just marvelous. No wonder it's your favorite. You could replace the milk with soy, almod, or oat milk for example. And in some places (at least in Finland) there are also both soy, and oat based whipping creams! :)
