Bet you weren't expecting 2 uploads in the same month, huh? Before the big RWBY retrospective starts really going underway, I wanna upload some more stuff more frequently for a bit. If you wanna support these endeavors, then please consider donating over on my Ko-Fi: ko-fi.com/serialnavelgazercbf Also, what are some of your favorite Natsume moments and episodes? Feel free to tell me in the comments below.

I don't remember when I started to watch Natsume, it's about 10 years ago. I love this anime, it's so heartwarming. Now a new season is announced which I never expected.

I'm so glad to see more people talking about this series! It's such a shame it's not as popular outside of Japan. I got into Natsume Yuujinchou around 10 years ago and rediscovered it not long before season 7 was announced, a season i thought would never come! Super excited and can't wait!

It's been a long wait, hasn't it? When S5 came out, I had recently entered online anime discourse on freakin MyAnimeList, and I wouldn't get into Natsume until late 2018/early 2019.

Serial Navelgazer CBF has here spoken nothing but truth. Natsume Yuujinchou is really that good. Natsume belongs to a special group of anime which the Japanese call Iyashikei. There is no direct translation into English because the genre doesn't exist in the English speaking world. But healing is generally the accepted translation. The stories will muck around deep in your feels until they find something hurting, and will then address it. Think Violet Evergarden EP10. Natsume is very touchy, feeley and you will need a supply of tissue to get through each episode.
