This video is brilliant. I'm so in love with 13th and I can't wait to see more of her ! Such a shame we have to wait 2020 😫 You know, Thirteen first season reminds me of the beginning of Matt Smith's era, just after the tragic ending of Tennant. When Eleven was born, it felt like the Doctor wanted to start everything all over again. No more grief, no more pain. So we had this awesome madman and traveller who found a family with Amy and Rory and River, and the beautiful Clara who kind of brought him back to life after Amy's farewell. And that's what I've been thinking when I was watching Jodie's Doctor. Twelve was so tired of grieving and losing the people he cares about, to the point that he wanted to let himself die. But then, he gave life one more chance and there was Thirteen ! A whole new self, caring the memories of the people she lost with her and moving forward. This is the very first feeling I had and I loved it !

I hope she does well I don't care that she is a she . But, The Doctor's most famous line is “I am The Doctor ” and when The Doctor says it we get a feeling that The Doctor is someone powerful, unpredictable and dangerous, it is line that tops “Exterminate ” . But somehow I didn't get the feeling I hoped to get when she said that line . I sincerely hope she does better . I am excited and I welcome the new era of Doctor Who . I hope Jodie can live up to the legend of her predecessors .

I'm a brand new little baby fan thrown into this whole big, universe-sized fandom, so I don't have the weight of memories this probably brings back for most Whovians, but seeing the connections between Thirteen and all her predecessors is amazing, and makes me all the more excited to get through those episodes!! Thirteen may seem like a new person, but she's not. I love discovering that. She's got such awe in the world, and she's so kind and innocent-acting that you might think she's new to this job. But that's not it at all. And discovering everything she's been through in her past lives is incredible, and makes you realize how amazing it is that she's become the person she is now.

Against the popular opinion, I like 13. She is very friendly, and more humble than some other Doctors I have seen. Maybe because she is the oldest, with the most experience of losingt her loved ones and killing and rage and done with it all. Many of her bodies and incarnations are famous as the great killer or warrior or destroyer, but The Doctor supposed to be a helper, a healer, a wise person. Not great warrior, or terrifying general, or master of all war strateegies. Many fans missing the point. I think 13 is very, very Doctor'ish. Maybe thats why he became a woman, to lay low and stop being terrifying.
@thetwelfthdoctor98925 жыл бұрын
I like her too and many other do the same; only a small part of the fandom hates her, the loudest part. When you like something, you write/say it once, twice, no more than that, because you have nothing to prove; when people hate something, instead, they will write it over and over and over and over again, hoping to be listened and to change other people's mind.
