I felt the exact way at 24. I had been in music school for the precious 5 years. My whole life was music. At 24 I snapped. I wanted to grow in ways that music couldn't allow. IN fact I wanted nothing to do with music. This was a shocking paradigm shift that took years to recover from. Now I tell young people at that age to chase their new found desires and build a new identity. If you come back to your old passions later, great. If not, that's ok too.

Thank you for this It's crazy how relevant this is to me, I started finally learning how to draw at 23 after more than a decade of dreaming about it, always wanted to do it but just didn't have the discipline to stick to it. Then after a period of intense isolation and depression something in me snapped and I haven't put the pencil down since. At 24 I'm making the comic I've always dreamed of making and my skill has even exceeded that of some people I've met in the community who've been drawing since adolescence. I still deal with depression and suicidal Ideation but for the first time in my life I feel like the man I was supposed to be, I feel this wholeness inside of me. It's hard to stay with it all the time though maybe I should start mediation again.

Sir , I'm on SR and having a great experience but many times in a day this thought comes in my mind and worries me that if I have a nightfall all this energy will go away and I will have to wait again for number of days to enjoy this feeling again though I don't consume any tempting content still this thought worries me , I keep thinking that today night there will be a night fall and this thought comes every day 3-4 times in a day I know there are too many flaws in my thinking , I really hope if any brother out here could help me correct my ideology

You’re thinking about it too much, semen retention isn’t a self help tool to magically gain women attraction, although it may help. It helps you transcend those 3D desires and make you break free of Lust. But you need energy to transform your life, Semen retention is the foundation for that. And as for the vasectomy I’d say it’s pointless. Not ejaulating doesn’t mean you’re not losing sexual energy. Chill man, on a lighter note then this other comment, it's better then spraying and losing it. Certain Taoist/tantric techniques would try to press/block the tube so it gets reabsorbed into the body (as long as it doesn't go backwards into the bladder and pissed out). With the vasectomy it's kinda doing this, as whatever is made is being reabsorbed into your balls, so in a basic mechanical sense, it's good as your not ejaculating and losing everything that goes with it, so don't worry about women smelling infertility on you, as all the nutrients/hormones/Jing will still be being saved. When I used to do those locks/tube presses I got a lot of benefits, I felt the orgasm going back up through the body and also my boners and everything got even rock harder. But I wouldn't recommend this to anyone as pressing the muscle down there also caused some injury/knots which I haven't been able to get rid of for many years.
