My preview stills come in the browser at 10 seconds, but in the settings preference window I set my still duration at 7 seconds. i try to clear range by clicking option x, then i try to click out and then on the still. Again it still shows a range of 7 seconds. The last range I put in seems to stay until changed. Is that the way it supposed to show up?😂 Thanks.

I have used Premiere more or less for almost 25 years, and it`s of course exciting to finally convert to Final Cut. However, there is something I miss in FC Browser. When I import a new file into a large project with a lot of files, I struggle to find the file I just imported, where has it gone? In Premiere you will find a gray frame around the new file that was just imported, this makes it much easier and you are never in doubt. Maybe there is something I haven't quite got here, and a simple solution to this problem?

Firstly, welcome to the light side! In the clip appearance window, group by date imported. That should help.
