I've spent a lot of time and ammo just "going shooting", but I finally started training with the ZOHAN Shot Timer and I've learned some lessons. I haven't seen anything wrong with the safety on the Prodigy, and we're at 1300 rds. We will be installing the EGW ignition kit and slide release though. Gotta do the review video of it in its stock configuration first. No point in reviewing a modified gun when most folks will never change a thing on theirs. I feel it would give them unrealistic expectations otherwise.

I'm sure it depends on the gun. My friend's Prodigy had a great safety, but mine was squishy and would walk out on the right side. It's much better with the EGW version. I did a 1,000 round review before doing any modifications for that same reason, then started changing things out. I'm thinking about sending it off to DSC Gunworks for V8 porting next.

@@sawtoothtactical404 Glad to hear that. I feel too many channels are being dishonest about their reviews, so it's nice when we find fellow content creators with the same mindset as we. As for porting and comping after the fact, I don't yet feel that mine really needs it, but am definitely open to it. I suppose it really depends on the benefit-to-price ratio as to whether or not I'd have it done. We'll also see what added performance I get from the EGW kit to before modding any further. Haha

Unrelated. Was scrolling through your videos maybe I missed it. Do you have a video of a plate carrier vest recommended/ load out for “normal” occasional training shtf

Yes the shot timer instantly adds a certain level of "realness" that just plinking on the flat range does not have.

The most important part of shooting with a shot timer is all shot on target, not speed. The speed will come with practice. If you train for speed you will only miss faster.
