I saw some holiday flavors of coffee creamer in a store that i used to work in. There are some pretty good deals, a peaceful/quiet shopping atmosphere, and it is a small store so that's why i still shop there. I was like "Oooh, holiday creamers. Yum!" Didn't buy any (yet) though. Lol.

I understand the craft stores presenting Christmas because Crafters need to start making their handmade stuff now, however, the Christmas Cookie creamer has no business being out before Labor Day! I'm very much a let November be a thing type of person but getting through something means a lot & this season I will be unapologetically sentimental. I do miss my old fanciful decorations but it's okay to start over. Christmasy not Christmas (not constantly, just for now).

I go to the local Dollar Tree and last week they put out the beginning of Thanksgiving stuff. Since I am on a fixed income, I grabbed a lot of what I needed for this year. I had to swing by Hobby Lobby and yes Christmas was spilling out everywhere. I will wait a few weeks till Christmas stuff is discounted before I pick up stuff for gifts for my craft classes. They be rushing the seasons but I have a crate of seasonal decor and gifts and last year I gave my crafting ladies seasonal gifts up to Thanksgiving. I am working on the next package of gifts and stuff for seasonal centerpieces- I love being ready for a season before it comes.

Fall and Halloween are my favorite time of the year and people love to just brush right past it. Even TV channels (like Hallmark) do a lot of "christmas in July" runs, and as soon as October hits they jump straight to Christmas and they never put out anything fall, Halloween or Thanksgiving themed. It's always a bit sad.
