That's how Doug operates. He crapped all over Keystone for being an inventory-style company, then two years later pivoted Wyrmwood to an inventory-style company. He needs to react first and think later. :)

@@yochva You have NO idea what you're talking about. Keystone's situation and Wyrmwood's situation aren't the same thing. Keystone's problem was that their inventory had no demand; they were keeping vast stores of products that people weren't interested in buying at scale that would justify it. Doug said it back then that Keystone and Wyrmwood had synergy in that Keystone had bandwidth but no demand, and Wyrmwood had demand but little bandwidth. Wyrmwood's just stockpiling components that WILL be bought, and in short order. Doug even explained this himself in an episode where he stated that one of the biggest complaints during the Kickstarters was that people had to wait months or longer to get their orders, so eating through the backlog was a problem; NOW they don't have to, and the turnaround time may be just as long as it takes to ship and order. I mean, you would think a guy that's run a company of this scale for this long would maybe know what he's doing, but I guess some people have to try and find faults that don't exist.

Someone else in the comments said do a fall color bundle, but since this is a Christmas thing, why not a Christmas color pack? Fir green and poinsettia red - solid colors, not both colors on a single mug. Separately they're bold and stand on their own. Together they have that traditional holiday feel, yet don't scream "CHRISTMAS!!!!!" at you like items that have both colors with bows and holly and gold and snowflakes all that painted on them. Do a 4 pack, 2 of each color. eta - Also Dwarves in general. Elves tend to be stuck up; elves that choose not to be stuck up are cool too though.

It's all the advantages of a bowl but it's _so_ much nicer once you get to the last bits at the bottom since you can just use the mug as intended to get the last bits out.
