Hey Raiden! 👋 I love the fireplace! Pretty sliding glass doors. Finally, a two-level island where the ledge is wide enough! That is the best master closet I've ever seen. 😮The master bath is magnificent! ❤ The skylight in the guest bath is dreamy! 🥰I wasn't expecting that office in the hallway! 😊 Every bedroom has a walk-in closet. The only thing I would change is cabinets; the wood color looks unfinished.

The video was fine, didn't see any issues. I have been waiting for this. This is my home. I bought it in 2018, so I have the 2019 version. It is almost identical except for the master bathroom. I didn't get the sliding glass doors, opted for windows. Had to do some customization after I purchased it to accommodate my handicapped sister and her wheelchair. I had a custom shower built at the same time. The closet and student center as they called it, were what drew me to it. It does have two ac/heating units, one for the front half and one for the back half. This is what I compare every home on these videos to. It is rare that I find one I would change to, but I love watching the videos. Only thing I wish this home had was a coat closet and arches. I may put in a coat closet at some point.

I love it. All of it. It is exactly what I want. Thank you for introducing us to this wonderful manufacturer. This home is better built than a site built home. This home is so well built out of hardwood that I believe it would be the best home available. It probably would last 30 years or more. Not like those trailers that are built out of the press board and thin plywood that don't usually last for 10 years and then start falling apart, and you're still paying for it. I would change a few things, but not many. No carpet anywhere, I would want LVP. The things that I know are weight bearing supports. I would want them to be arches, not square. 21:49 It makes them look unfinished and out of place. I might would make that study room into a parent retreat. I would have to think about it, kinda weight my options. It is perfect for a study, but I really want a parents retreat also. Your son is very cute and funny. He did say hi, but he was talking very low.😊 I wish him good luck on his getting a channel of his own. Thanks for a great video. I really never noticed if it was very jumpy. I used to live in a 2017 solitaire single wide that was sold from here. It was a really good home and well built. Wife and I ended up selling it to move to Nashville. Wish Tennessee had some solitaire dealers here.

This place is awesome!! Love the office area and the French doors to the master bath! The master closet is a dream come true. I would only make a tiny change. Since the cabinets are so light (which I love), I would want drawer/door handles or knobs to avoid little hand prints everywhere! Other than that, its perfect! Thanks Nate...great tour!!

This has a plethora of built-ins all over - plenty of storage space for everything. If they would just have put a small coat closet opposite the front door instead of that odd walk-through area into the hallway. Those on each side of the living room just look silly. Love the bill center and the study area. And, as always, I'd like to see options for more room around the toilet with built-in grab bars (I mean, they know where the studs are and those are easier to put in during construction) along with a shower that is barrier free or nearly that.

I liked the home but I'm wondering if maybe you missed something's in the master closet? Did the bench seat lift up for storage of maybe pillows & blankets or heavy snow skiing gear. How about the closet door in the other end of the island in the closet, was that a pull out laundry hamper? If not those would be go ideas. This home seams to have everything else but the tiled shower as you said next model.

That master walk in is mind blowing! It's great that they put a make up area in the bathroom, but I notice these are always facing a wall whenever I see them. Me personally I like to face a window and use natural light. I'd forgo the bath and have one there. I'd also like to get a window or glass door in the utility room, it's the only room that doesn't have big windows and natural light coming in. I really do like this a lot, but one more thing, I do not like to see the join in the middle of the floor especially with the carpet just image how that will wear. And it just doesn't look great.

I counted ten drawers. Undecided about the "office". Perhaps expand the pantry and put in a double door deep freeze. This is a house for a big family. Interesting house. I like the recessed entrance good relief from the elements but not quite enough poor excuse for a fire place A/C in ceiling good but not heat I don’t like ANY kind of new age OSB building Products Jack & Jill bath or as I like to say a Brady kids bath need hand rails by all toilets in all water closets and tubs & showerers skylights sometimes leak or have excess condensation yeah good home work stations and a great utility room to accommodate science & history / geography projects

Ok now let me start off by saying this, I'm REALLY PICKY. I would prefer not to have any of that tile, Shoot just leave it unfinished and I'll put my own flooring in. That pantry/desk area I LIKE that we have it I just hate where its placed. I'd like to be able to see the dining area from the kitchen and easily be able to talk to someone. Its not a deal breaker I just wish they had made that laundry room area bigger and put it next to there instead of right in the middle of the heart of the home. Speaking of bigger laundry and pantry.. can we get a space for a freezer?!? Id also prefer NOT to have a skylight anywhere in the home. I would have loved if they had a coat closet somewhere with a "Drop your stuff" area by the front door.

Since you have that big desk set up in the big room off the hallway you don't need that "Bill pay area" so I would turn that into a butler/Bar area. Wish the kitchen had more upper cabinets. I do like the kitchen and the way the island is done and how it looks like a truly separate area from the living room than most. I might keep carpet in the living room but the strip on other side of the marriage line that leads into the hallway where the other bedrooms are I would get that entire area in same flooring as the kitchen/dining room all the way down the hallway since it's high traffic area this would get dirty fast and more worn down and make the rest of the carpet look worse. The master bathroom is ok don't quite like the cabinet design by the tub as much as I would like and the master closet is big but I would delete the built in that resembles a dresser with decorative shelves and the mirror on the wall. Enough 🪞 in the bathroom and I'd opt for double hanging rods with a shelf above. The Pantry is very nice with those solid shelves and good sized and appointed laundry room. Do like the adjustable shelves in the kitchen cupboards just wish they were taller to get one more shelf in them especially since not enough upper cabinets. Good amount of drawers though. I wish they had put the stove where the refrigerator is and the refrigerator where the stove is. Something about that just feels better to me. All in all this home is pretty high on the winner scale of a home design I can think about. That room with all the built in office/book case I might like left empty of that stuff so I could put my own things in there like my piano and book case etc... The fireplace is nice but they need to work a little more on the aesthetics of the final look but still nice.really wish they didn't have that big raised center strip in the floor at the marriage line like some others have achieved and with the heavier ply wood underlayment that truly should have been possible here.
