"#1 invest in yourself. #2 invest in your business or your department. Even if you work for a business. I wouldn't keep money around. You don't need reserves of money. #3 invest in real assets. That cash flow can appreciate. The rich spend money. They use it."

Money is the most useful if you have an idea of how to use it. Otherwise, just like Seneca once said "“If one does not know to which port one is sailing, no wind is favorable", money cannot help you to live a fulfilling life. So, be wise, be truthful and listen to your heart.

I hope this blesses some... 🙏 I was 5 years of chronic illness! I was Semi Housebound, lost my health, job, finances and my fiance left me. I couldn't even look at electronic screen for 5 minutes, or hold a 10-minute conversation. But God did an amazing work. I open up about my journey and I encourage people and show them what God did in my life and that there is hope for you also. ✝️🔥 *Keep believing even when it's hard* 🙏❤️🔥 *All things are possible with God*

What I disagree with is the fact that rent is more per month than it is to buy, and you don’t get the appreciation with renting like you do with buying , also whenever inflation happens the value of your house goes up , not to mention your gaining equity, now I do however think you shouldn’t buy this giant house that takes up all of your income, but you gotta live somewhere and renting cost more, no appreciation gained, no equity gained , nada nothing

I've dealt with debt and awful financial habits for years because I was never taught the foundations in school or by my parents. I recently took up dashing to supplement my income, and it's been a saving grace. Unless you've been in the pit, it's hard to imagine what constantly being behind on bills and debt collectors calling you constantly. I finally feel free and like I have my life back again.

Dont really get this, not sure If Its good advice.....🖤 the promo for the sound device at the end.....your co? 50/50 with them? I think the best advice for anyone wanting to be their own boss & llearn to invest is study the charts, look at the history of the co & their current monetary status, any lawsuits? Bankruptcies? Look at the RSI on any stock before you delve into It, this determines its strength & where it is in resistance & support, or sellers & buyers .....it lets you know when to buy & sell.....then.....take the plunge & buy a few shares to see how you do, start small & as you learn stock lingo you'll become better at it & will be able to invest more as you gain money & momentum....this is my best advice, didn't cost ya nothing 😉

Agreed. I live in SE Asia (so US inflation does not impact my lifestyle), and so many students had to quit the private school I teach at because of this advice. Smart business owners always have cash to carry over or to buy stressed assets. Grant is a shark and proves it here - he bought a house in Malibu. You be the sucker with no cushion and he sweeps in and buys your assets for pennies on the dollar. Those who had cash in 1930-1933 cleaned up and won - BECAUSE THEY HAD CASH.
@preferredpestmanagement6260

Don’t think you fully understood the advice. What he was saying is the increase income (specifically passive income) so much that, that becomes your emergency fund. Don’t need an emergency fund when you never “have” to work again.

He makes some very dangerous comments. You always need to have money saved as a cushion. You can’t live on zero all the time. He went on a train at 1000mph and hope it worked out. Seems like it did. His information goes against everything any money manger would ever tell you. These companies he’s taking about are public. Things are different when they are public vs private. When payroll comes due and cash flow is low and you spent it all how will you make payroll? Take this with a grain of salt.
@znttthefox369
@znttthefox369 2 жыл бұрын
Portfolio diversification is precisely for you not to "go on a train at 1000mph and hope it works out". You need to have different sources of income, they need to be exposed to different risks and types of risk, and you need knowledge and experience to be able to replicate your successes, reproduce the rewards (that's the "invest in yourself" part). On the other hand, there is an option between what he said and what you said that is the most wise option: among the diversifications made, a small part of your equity should be exposed to an investment with high liquidity, low risk and with income above inflation. It is not an absence of an emergency fund and it is not money under the cushion (treated here as an example of money saved, rather than money invested). That amount should be determined by your living cost, something that will sustain you long enough for you to acquire some new source of income. This "enough time" is generally advised to be between 6 to 12 months, but it's up to you to choose.

If you want to never be poor again store up for yourselves treasures in heaven where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. (look Matthew 6:19,20) For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. (Matthew 6:21) “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money. (Matthew 6:24) Time is short. Where will you spend eternity? Good deeds or money can't buy you a place in Heaven. We all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (look Romans 3:23) For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23) Only through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ can anyone be saved. Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord, (Acts 3:19) May God open your eyes to realize that you must reconcile with Him.
