Raquel Rodriguez: Okay, quick question. Why are *you* the seeker this time? John: I'm not gonna answer that, Raquel. Can't you work it out yourself? Raquel: (thinks very hard, then realizes) Ohhh, *now* I get it! You're only being the seeker so as not to give us excuses to say "We can't see you!" *Loud groans and eye-rolls from the crowd* John: (wincing) Painful, but true, Raquel. Now, if that's all the questions out of the way, I'm gonna count to ten, and I want you to all be hiding by the time I've finished. Hard-core Holly is still alive. Crash Holly is the one that is no longer with us. He either choked on his own vomit, or committed suicide from a mixture of prescription pills and alcohol. It is debatable, but I believe he just choked on his own vomit. He was at his real life friend Stevie Richard's house when it happened. But since he was found with vomit everywhere I would say he choked on his own vomit.

Regardless of how many men are featured in a rumble at one specific year (With the very first rumble holding only twenty men as opposed to the traditional thirty), matches that take place on this channel demonstrate even the most unlikely competitors can come out on top. Overall, it was inevitable that the actual winner would end up being among the final competitors to fight for a spot in the champions’ rumble. Only this time, history would change as the most unlikely winner would come from a man who claims to be the ‘best in the league’… Alvin Antonio Burke Jr. or as fans best know him ‘Montel Vontavious Porter’ a.k.a. ‘MVP’… how would this man’s career had been different if he won the rumble in 2007? While a tremendous athlete in his own right before he would stick to managerial positions, MVP did have a featured match at WrestleMania in a losing effort against Chris Benoit who was the reigning United States Champion at that time. But given how that year there were ‘three’ titles available to choose that the winner could fight for, if MVP was in Undertaker’s place and he fought against Batista could it have been possible that he would’ve secured the win against ‘The Animal’ for the World Heavyweight Championship? He could’ve easily elected to challenge John Cena, one of the greatest WWE Champions of all time or perhaps this could have been the event where he would go for the unthinkable and challenge for the ECW World Championship, held by Bobby Lashley at the time, and that one match the champion ‘was’ featured in could’ve easily been a triple threat match (But then it would put in question if the ‘Hair versus Hair’ stipulation would still apply. Regardless, MVP has won his share of championships at the height of his career but becoming the World Champion would’ve arguably made this Floridian one of the all-time greatest competitors in the history of the business. But who was my MVP of this replayed 2007 rumble? Let’s get down to the numbers: Of the thirty men featured in this match, SIXTEEN competitors secured the most eliminations. The highest count reached up to ‘5’ eliminations, which is four points higher than the average ‘1’ elimination. I give the Golden MVP Award for ‘coolest’ performance to: King Booker While I was never a fan of the ‘King’ gimmick that Booker T worked with when he secured a ‘King of the Ring’ tournament win over Bobby Lashley (Which ended in controversial fashion), men like Booker T knew how to make such a gimmick work in his favor and remained as entertaining to the fans. Arguably, it pains me that someone like Booker T never attained a Royal Rumble victory in the entirety of his career despite being the obvious fan favorite. I will say this was the closest I’ve seen him in terms of reaching a potential rumble victory and none of us can say he didn’t try his best. The nominees for the Dull Participation Medal for the ‘lamest’ performance are: Chris Benoit… and Viscera For these two competitors, this was not their best match featured on the channel and neither one lasted longer than they could’ve. But if I had to say what I found to be the most disappointing performance, I would have to nominate Viscera, as I recall him being a runner-up for a previous rumble on this channel. It feels as though big men like Viscera never really seem to catch a break when it comes to these rumbles and yet suffice to say I can’t say Benoit was any better. Living up to the ‘MVP’ monarch in this replayed match, Montel Vontavious Porter has secured himself a spot against other former winners of the classic rumbles in preparation for the upcoming finale. Yet still we ask ourselves several questions: Who did YOU want to win this rumble? If King Booker hadn’t interfered, could Kane have won the rumble that year? If Rikishi had made an appearance during this rumble, could his record have been intact? And the biggest question of them all: Who’s next? P.S. Of the winners going to the champions rumble based on the PPVs released, why wasn’t One Man Gang of the 88 rumble not included?
