Whaaaaat!! That's an expensive oven to rent! Future renter isn't protected anywhere from the elements. Not a single tree or trestle. Also, Renter's gonna be a friend to maybe Ikea for furniture, as they're gonna need to assemble it after the "box" is hauled upstairs. If they can make the corners with even a box. 😊 Too many just common AZ necessities are missing for $3,000 a month! Thanks for another view Super! Another thumbs up, Take care! 👍

I was just driving around by Roosevelt and 18th St yesterday where all the low income housing and projects used to be and they're all torn down and boarded up. Another huge fancy apartment complex is going up there next to the other ones they built. Probably $2000 a month. Meanwhile what happens to all the families that were getting by in the low income housing? Many are pushed out in to the streets. We have a terrible homeless problem. There's got to be a solution. The US can send $40 billion in weapons to Ukraine and leave billions for the Taliban but can't help its own people?

I'm feeling this place. That little flex room off the kitchen- office. The loft area, lounge/ bedroom- I can work with that. That backyard would be a conundrum- I rarely get a chance to use that word, lol. 3000 a month- hell to the naw. No dish washer, death valley front and back yard. They must have some inside scoop about the area. I've seen a 3000 a month home- this wouldn't be it for me. Somebody will get it at that price, then it will go on the market .

I google earthed the home I sold in Chandler in 2003 and whoever owns it now or has owned it, ripped out all the trees and shrubs that were thriving there, native plants needing very little water. Now it's all light colored rocks, front and back. Just adding to the heat problem. On another note, because we didn't legalize nationwide, as we should, Arizona is doing well. The light rail and all the bike lanes have made it desirable as well. Unfortunately, many who moved there and many who have lived there a long time can no longer afford to live there comfortably anymore.

I have a 3 bedroom, two bathroom house with a one acre fenced in yard and I paid $850 a month MORTGAGE. But hubby and I refinanced to a 3% 15yr mortgage and our monthly mortgage payment went up to $1,800. Tax and insurance included. But we have 10 more years til the house is all paid off. We live in South NJ by the beach. We have a small private beach a few mins away. We got our house back in 2017 for $200,000. We did put $40,000 into fixing it up. New roof, etc. But now it’s worth $400,000. And every day I get mail and phone calls from ppl begging us to sell. They even offered us all cash. Ppl are desperate to move in my town. Especially New Yorkers . Like we were. We bought the house at the right time. We escaped NYC. I lived there all my life and had a huge 6 room apartment for $800 a month rent. It was rent controlled which means my rent only went up by 1% every 2yrs. And IF for some reason we lost our jobs and couldn’t pay the rent, Section 8 would pay. And they’d pay for all utilities too. But we were fine. We both worked. In fact apartments like mine were worth $100,000 . Landlords were paying ppl up to $100,000 to move out so they could renovate it and rent it for 6-7 times what I paid . So we made the deal, took the money and bought a house with it . Smartest move we made in a long time. Just imagine, we were PAID to break the lease and move out. I have always wanted to move to Arizona. I heard it was beautiful and dry heat. I guess we’ll never get there now since we moved by the beach here. We didn’t get any snow here this past winter . It wasn’t even that cold . We do love it here. Hubby started his own trucking business, I work from home so I’m always here. And I love gardening so I’m almost always outside in my garden.

A home in Texas you can get beautiful 2 story for about 2000 plus beautiful landscaping and if you look hard enough you will find home going at least 1700 or 1800. I thought it was crazy in Tx. But I see now I'm better off staying in Tx.😉

I cheated and couldn’t wait for you to say how much but THREE GRAND👀🤔 the house is going to be either vacant for a lonnng time and or the riff raff will take over. It has zero potential for that price and I’m a native lol Bless the realtors hearts

My parents bought me and my husband a house in 1977 in downtown Phoenix, which we still live in. We renovated it 15 yrs ago and are in the process of renovating it again. So im fine Thank God.

The dresser will have to be in a box and put it together once upstairs. There better be good AC to the upstairs or you'll roast up there. The loft is too dangerous for small kids I can see them falling over the short wall and dying on the stairs.

It will sit empty and the landlord will be left scratching their head why won't someone rent it. Because no one is going to pay that much money for "that" 🤦

I want to know if people are actually paying these outrageous prices for these apartments? I guess they are but for how long? You would have to eventually get a roommate. I really am having a difficult time understanding how there are that many people out here who can comfortably afford these outrageous prices. I am going to look up what the average salary in America is. I’m going to guess that an entire check is going towards rent. This is insane!
