I am a natural red head but it has turned completely gray, mainly white. I wasn't happy about it at first but now I have embraced it and love it. You would look good in the gray. It's fun to try something new anyway. I hope you have a great weekend too 😊

From what I can see in your pic here your hair is BEAUTIFUL! I’ve always said, when I go gray I hope I get that white gray hair like my Mamaw! It’s sooo pretty! I have this skunk patch in the front of mine that literally just popped up after a really rough health problem I had and at first I hated it and tried to color it but color won’t stick to it so I had to learn to love it. I was only 41 at the time so I didn’t feel old enough for gray hair! lol 👵🏻

Down almost 40 pounds since May. It's a lot but it's a drop in the bucket when you gotta lose another 100 pounds. Sickening on how fast and easy it goes on and how slow it comes off. Congratulations 🎉

Cece, I’m sooo proud of you that’s FANTASTIC! 40 is a BIG drop in the bucket don’t sell yourself short! Im right there with you on how fast it goes on but it being slow coming off…it’s sooo not fair!!! Im gonna have to give up my beloved salt …I had watermelon drenched in salt last night and when I weighed this morning I had gained a pound. You know that’s water retention from all that salt! 💔🫣😭 I can do it though, I’ve done it before! I’m so proud of you!!! 🥰🥰🥰

I’m sorry Mary, I know it’s hard. My mom & I didn’t have a good relationship but her passing has been really hard. It’s weird being here knowing they aren’t in this world with us anymore isn’t it? The finality of us never working thru our issues has really hit me hard, and to be honest it’s why I fell into such a dark place. I hope every day you can remember something about her that makes you smile! 🥰🥰🥰

They looove going to the beauty shop but as happy as they are to go….they are also that happy when I come pick them up! They want to go home and rest!!! lol At her shop she boards dogs too and the noise level up there is unreal so I think it kinda stresses the girls out by the end of the day their nerves are shot! (I think in part that’s why Caley bit me, she was over stimulated from being at the shop all day) 🥰🥰🥰

I’m not sure what it does to us I need to look it up but it enhances the flavor of stuff. The first time I was made aware of it was in Chinese food! They use it in everything and they live extremely long lives so it can’t be too bad! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Congratulations on the 19 pounds! How do you not get hungry with the smaller portions? That is where I struggle, I end up going for a snack after..lol. That is funny about the girls And the groomers. Most women gets excited going to the spa😂😂😂

Lindaaaaa, I DO get snacky!!! That’s my downfall, I want to snack so bad….starting about 9 o’clock at night the snack monster in me comes out and I want something salty & crunchy! I found some chips made out of lentils and some made out of cauliflower that were really good and definitely help my snacky monster! To be totally honest though, I feel hungry at night the worst, I just suffer thru and try not to give into it. I do good all day, it just hits me at night. I’m going to try to start back doing the “what I ate” videos too so I’ll show you more of what I eat in an entire day. I just don’t want to make out like I’m totally satisfied all the time, there are definitely days where I struggle wanting to eat but I just know I’ve got to get my triglycerides down! 😭🫣🥴

@@MsDreamcakes Well I need all the motivation I can get, I just turned 50 and after having years of good cholesterol levels, my ldl is now high, so I need to be more mindful on what and how I eat. I could stand to lose 20-25 pounds. I am like you I could do most of the day with no hunger mine comes on at night. I may have to look into those chips and see if they sell them here.

@@thelindaschuknechtYou can do it!!! My triglycerides were 555…..I think they are supposed to be under 150 😳 I’m so scared I’m going to have a heart attack and leave Clay here. That’s a huge part of my motivation! I’ll grab more of those chips and show you in the next video so you’ll know what you’re looking for. I got them at Walmart! I also buy Sun Chips sometimes (I don’t much because they call my name until I give in and eat them 🫣) they are made with whole grains so they are a little better for you. At least that’s what I tell myself lol 😬

I would love to see them on your next video, I too have a special man of mine, he will be 20 in a coup,e months and I work so hard to keep myself healthy so I don’t leave him, but sometimes life, stress and being human takes me off my tracks and I eat things I shouldn’t . So I 100% get where you are coming from.

I hate that I let food have that control over me but I suppose it’s better than alcohol or drugs.🤷🏼‍♀️ I just hate it affects our health like it does! Thankfully I’m feeling lots better and things are looking up in ways I’ve hoped and prayed for! I wish the same for you, I hope things work out in a way that you find yourself feeling less dependent on food to help you cope! We can do it for our boys! 🥰🥰🥰
