Shedeur and Travis are in the top 10 of all NIL deals. And their pedigree and hunger to win do not let the money go to their heads. They play like they are poor and struggling. Prime as a noun - a state or time of greatest strength, vigor, or success in a person's life = Deion Sanders in every fashion. What surprises me is people's reactions about his success. Even if you look at Prime's record at a glance, you can already tell "greatness." This is who he is. This is what he has done his entire life. If you don't get it now, you will never understand.

I definitely get the point. But if you're a coach who cares about his kids, you just can't make that kind of restriction. Right now, Prime is offering the absolute best opportunity for kids to succeed in professional football and live out their dreams. Until you do the work as a coach (i.e. athletic department) to create opportunities that compete with the ones that Prime is offering, the best you can do is take comfort in knowing that CU has limited spots available. Because of what Prime brings to the table as far as HOF experience, NFL coaches and trainers, etc, CU is essentially functioning as an NFL starter team in the minds of kids and their parents.

I really believe Deion's vision was to coach his son's all the way to the NFL. I'm sure he'd love to coach his son's in the NFL too. But I think that's been his plan all along. He knows his kids have talent and he created a hype train behind them to recruit all the talent around them. You have multiple careers growing together. Prime's career as a coach, his son's career behind the camera who's managing his social media presence, and both his sons in football. I really don't think it goes further than that. I take that back. It's Deion we're talking about. He will coach in the NFL. He'll probably coach his sons, and he plans on winning a super bowl as a coach with his sons.

That's how good of a human that Roger Staubach is. The same goes for Deion Sanders. Coach Prime is a FANTASIC human being. He never goes out to strip clubs, never drinks or smokes, never uses foul language. Deion's night out is bowling with friends or playing bingo at church. Although Deion is a confident man, he is STILL A GREAT HUMAN !! I put Deion Sanders up in the same altitude as Roger Staubach as a great person. Go ahead !! Try to find a skeleton or bone in ANY one of Coach Prime's closets. Good luck looking.

I can just imagine Deon's pitch to parents ; "If you trust us with your son's career Ma'am/Sir, we will make sure we help you raise a decent, responsible achiever who will start getting paid from this stage of his career. Did I already say we're gonna teach him how to be a responsible human being? Yeah.. so you don't have to worry about all that money getting to his head. When he eventually gets a shot at the NFL he's going to be mentally, emotionally and physically prepared to just fit in and have a great career."

The TCU player he was talking to is a Senior at TCU, so Coach wasn't doing any undercover recruiting. Funny thing is, Prime coached him in youth football and the player was speaking and shooting respect. New people following Prime and assuming are too funny!

Why?? A team can only field so many players and every good team will have players not getting enough or no playing time and hit the portal🤷‍♂️ ITS just a carousel that will keep spinning . Colorado will just replace Clemson at the Top and keep it moving

I love their players are finally able to make money. They risk their bodies every year so others can make millions and billions of dollars? That never made sense! Good for the players for finally receiving what they are due.

I'm pleased Eisen is talking about the NIL issue - finally. It is obvious to me that college football athletes are earning boatloads of money and few people are talking about it or even know about it. I'm fine with that. The benefit goes to the Black athlete, primarily, who deserves it. This issue goes far beyond Deion Sanders and Colorado. Sanders really has nothing to do with NIL or the transfer portal. It is simply that college football has changed its identity. College football is now min or leagues for the NFL.

Only time will tell how much NIL money will take away the hunger. It doesn't have to be 100 million to change one's aspects. All it takes is 2 million NIL money and change one's attitudes.
