'The dog collar' had me smiling from ear to ear. Plus using that onion ring as a mold/base for the cheese and pancetta was brilliant.

Dayum! I will definitely try this next time, but doesn't look like I can get Mad Dog. I will most likely use Shamanic Fire Barbados Hotsauce instead. That hotsauce is my favourite one either way.

I do also, I make my own bacon and when I package it end up with lot of ends about 5lbs total that I save to grind with burger, even venison, duck ect..a great treat. We are a burger family lol.
