I literally take u two to work. I put u guys in my headphones with the tiny screen in my phone and giggle for a few hours to make the workday go faster 😂

Typical when you’re on meds, you’ll only really notice they’re working when they stop working. My brother also has ADHD, and he takes his meds mainly on the days when he’s going to work, and the only time he ever talks about them is if he’s switched meds or if he forgot to take them. I feel like because meds like ADD/ADHD meds and anxiety meds bring you to your base, you stop noticing them after a while.

There is definitely a technique for using the diva cups to make sure there will be no leaks. No one discusses it, it's something you need to figure out for yourself...

About tampons, I use washable pads and love them. Each period I only need to wash two loads and I'm ready for the next month

The time you get to be alone when you have kids is what y’all said taking turns watching them and having you time or you can have alone alone time or together alone time when the kid goes to sleep. Hope that made sense lol.

I'm so mad about the tampons but not surprised. I've always been afraid of tss. So I only use pads. I need two pads at a time Are they safe?? The diva cup scared and hurt me lol

maybe 6(?) years ago i switched from tampons to the diva cup and i will never look back 🙌🏼

Ziggy cup (actually a menstrual disc) is amazing once you get the size right it works like a charm. Hated menstrual cups but the ziggy cup is 👌, very easy to put in and take out, and you can pee with it 😂
