I'm only 23 now, so I partially want to cry bc the last 3 movies were going to be my theater experience, and I still saw them in theater, but we already know how those movies went. I saw the special edition re-release at the theatres in 1997, I had seen them before on VHS but that was my first big screen experience with the original trilogy. I also remember reading shadows of the empire and playing the N64 video game. I saw the Phantom menace like everyone else in 1999, I didn’t understand why the older Gen-X fans like my brother didn’t like it.

I remember seeing Ep 1 and Ep 2 as a kid at the theather glorius times still kinda sad i never got too see third in cinema because we were going to greece lol but i do think i spotted an outdoor cinema at lefakada that played it it could been a pirated copy because i do remember seeing snippit of the goated opening.
