People saying “oh you sold it too cheap, you’re an idiot” don’t understand how long these items sit taking up space. Some stuff sits on eBay for months before it sells or you buy it and then realise it needs too much work before you can put it online and by the time you think about fixing it, it becomes not worth it and you’ve already made you’re money back on other items. That’s the reality of reselling. Best to get something back even if it’s only a quid or 50p!

I don't walk into Sainsburys and question their pricing policy, what they have on offers, Nectar prices etc. I assume they know their business and tailor their selling strategy to suit that. Same for Ricky and all the other ebayers out there. Some buy in and sell cheap, others pay more then sell at a higher price and some adopt a mixed strategy. As long as Ricky isn't buying high and selling low, I'm going to assume how it does it, suits his business. All power to you Mr Lee.

Yeah, I don’t care about watchers to be honest with you mate. The amount of times that I watch items when I’m scrolling and then only choose 1 out of 10 is massive. So, I don’t let that factor into anything

Hi Ricky! As you are a eBay aficionado thought I’d ask you - eBay informed me I have a ‘policy violation’ the item was a fashion magazine, ‘The face, with a model on front. EBay said they have taken listing down… thing is I sold it and it’s on the way to buyer. Will they recall it or anything? Or is it too late (it was on there for ages) weird that they say it was a violation when it’s now sold? It just had a topless model - but it’s fashion not porn. Do I need to be concerned? BTW - well done with yr car bootie- wish I lived nr by - I’d of liked to of grabbed some bargins from you.

Nar, even after a item has sold and eBay remove the listing, it doesnt affect thr sale. You keep the money, and the buyer gets the item. There will be no reversal of the transaction. Their algorithm/AI were just a little too late to remove the listing before it sold. 😁👌
