Hello, is this one in the video AWD or RWD? Mine is AWD and the owner's manual says it takes 5.4 L on 3L V6 for AWD model! Any ideas on that?

Yea, I'm about to change my Friends oil. The car says 3.5t AWD on the back, but it's a 3.0l v6 supercharged. According to the parts store computer the AWD takes 5.4qts. The rwd takes 7.4qts. Apparently the 3.5t is an engine that is used in other countries and they never rebadged it? I'm not really sure what to go by, but I'll find out once I drain the oil and see how much is in there.

@@joewisniewski7220 I have 35t AWD (3L V6 SC engine). The manual is correct. AWD takes 5.4L. I went with 7.4qt first and then checked the digital dipstick on the dash, it said overfilled. I had to take the extra oil using the suction pump until I had 5.4L in the engine and the electronic dipstick displayed oil level as 'OK'. I would suggest you to go with what the manual says.

@@jeevanjotaulakh2189 yea I went with the 5.4 because I saw how much came out and it was nowhere near 7.4 quarts. I didn't even have time to check the oil level. All this computer crap is new to me. Having to put the thing into "brake service mode" then having to reset it for brake pad change was a pain in the ass. No dipstick, electronic parking brake. Not a fan of this technology. Call me old school I guess.

I hate having to trust a sensor for oil fill. Nothing beats a dip stick you can actually look at...
