Great stuff on what bat drag is and what not to do. How about some things to do to fix bat drag like the title indicated?

Not only is this too correct mechanical flaws of hitting but it also addresses rhythm loading and it emphasizes the scap load in this swing to add power

I use this tee drill ,but do it from the other opposite way to help with your back half dropping to low.

Yeah, I didn't know people would use that double tee in the wrong direction, as it should be used to develop a line drive swing on a slightly descending fastball.

With all due respect, I think the purpose of this drill is to promote keeping the hands inside and not swinging around it. You can still have proper bat path, meaning not swinging down, and use this drill. I’ve seen the higher back tee in the wrong position too close to the target ball and that’s a major error. For an elbow dragger this drill can help them understand proper bat path.

for the two tee drill, you have the back tee in the wrong position. It should be about 2 feet farther back. With the back tee in this positon, a dragged bat would hit the back tee, but with a good swing there is still enough room to get the bat past the back tee and on an horizontal or slightly up path as it hits the ball.

Refugio Ramirez it has to go up then down to fix the barrel getting in the Zone late. You wanna get in the zone early and as long as possible to maximize your chances of getting more hits or more hard hit balls and you dont have to be perfect because if your bat is in the zone long you have a larger margin for error even if you’re fooled on pitches
