I can totally sympathise with what Brynn was talking about in relation to her anxiety and nervousness in that I know it all too well with my Asperger’s disorder and PTSD, and whilst it can set me back in the kitchen as a chef sometimes, I also use it to drive me towards knowing how to prepare for and get through services each and every day, being one of the main kitchen staff members in a busy expanding cafe in Sandringham, Suburban Sydney, Australia
