This is a story of a man we've grown up together.. Thank you Compassion International you really touched our lives in a way we couldn't. Besides the Financial support offered, Compassion set some of us on Spiritual foundation which we haven't left to date through the programs set at the Project.. We're still talking to and about Jesus.. And pray we keep talking about Jesus.

I have a question about 1:53. How did Mark and Betsy sponsor Samuel's college education? I thought once a child aged out of the program, then there was no further contact between them and their sponsor.

Hello! Thank you for the great question. All of the children we work with are registered in the program when they are 9 years old or younger. They can then stay in the program until age 22 so that can receive the best help, including vocational training or assistance with University. Maybe you know how it works then? I have sent several hundred dollars as a birthday and Christmas gift to my CI. child and as of January C.I still hadn't sent her the gifts. The $ was still processing. I get bombed with emails telling me my child's bday is in November, I send a gift, but they don't send it to her. So she got nothing from me for her bday or Christmas. I am thinking something needs to be researched here about how they do business.
