Please get in the gym guys the dudes my age are slacking so terribly right now and even some guys older than me (30s 40s)it’s comical. and the amount of women engagement you will get is strong because women truly are going harder than most men by a lot and they are looking for a guy who has that real masculine energy. I get hard stares and approaches from older women and women my age. And once they hear this Barry white voice and check out the way I dress more and then pick their brain in conversation that isn’t lustful even if I’m attracted to her on that level. gotta see if the brains match the looks lol. But they will want to be in your presence more and before you know it you doing leg workouts with them😂. Please get in shape.

53 years old. Had a "friend" who's in early 40's (42). She go hard on the bleachers and do about 1 hour strength training odd and even days. I do 15 lb weights, 450 reps left arm, 450 reps right arm, 300 reps bench press, 300 reps tricep curl, 300 reps bicep curl, run in place 45 mins-1 hour. In the military, the group i was with, we called the workout the Citadel 7 burnout. Hadn't done the workout in 20+ years until my "friend" and i went on hike by the beach. I gassed out on a hill. She ran up and down that hill 3 times to my 1. She was telling me, "You'll be OK, I'm sure you were the man back in the day." I started up my old workout. Within 6 months, i saw my"friend" again. She told me i made a dramatic change. Body game is King.
@domo_willson3 ай бұрын
Wow that's a crazy routine!!! Help me understand though cuz I wanna copy your workout. I need to up my game. So 450 reps on both arms, I'm assuming unilateral on your 15 lb dumbbell. I don't get the set though, how do you break it down?
@mikepeg993 ай бұрын
@domo_willson here is the routine: 1-3 weeks curls (sitting) left arm- 50-90 reps. Right 50-90 reps. 3 times= 150 to 270 reps. Bench press mixed with butterfly routine: 1-3 weeks (I lay on my bed with legs on floor) 30-40 bench press, 30-40 butterflies, 3 times= 90-120 bench press reps, 90-120 butterfly reps. Overhead lifts: 1-3 weeks, 30-50, 3 times= 90-150 reps. Overhead tricep extensions: 1-3 weeks, 20-30 reps, 3 times= 60-90 reps. Bicep curls: 30-50 reps, 3 times= 90-150 reps. Bent over dumbell row: 30-50 reps, 3 times= 90-150 reps. Run in place at a moderate pace for 15 minutes. After 3 weeks, your body should be ready for a more intense set. CURLS 150 left arm, 150 right arm, 3 times= 450 reps each arm BENCH PRESS/BUTTERFLIES- 100 reps, 3 times= 300 reps each OVERHEAD LIFTS- 100 reps, 3 times= 300 reps OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION- 100 reps, 3 times= 300 reps BICEP CURLS- 100 reps, 3 times= 300 reps BENT OVER DUMBELL ROW- 100 reps, 3 times= 300 reps. RUN IN PLACE- 45 mins-1 hour. This routine was shown to us by an older Navy SEAL I.T. instructor. He was an older, slightly grey haired man, but he was in peak physical condition. Don't underestimate the 15 pounders because of how light they are at first. Eventually, they will get super heavy, and you will build very lean muscle. I'm 53, and this will be my workout up to the day I close my eyes for good.
@domo_willson3 ай бұрын
@@mikepeg99 Got it! Appreciate the write up!🙌🏼. Yep, never underestimate the low weights dumbbells. I'm sore right now from a 30 minute at home dumbbell routine of mine using two 4lbs dumbbells. I found a way to hold two 4lbs dumbbell on one arm and I just do unilateral sets. Rest times between sets after one arm then proceed immediately time under tension. This improvisation is building me muscle too and my arms are jello after. Plus 100 push ups everyday and indoor cycling Zwift/MyWhoosh for 90 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes
@mikepeg993 ай бұрын
@domo_willson WOW! That's balls out intense. You doing it with 4lbs is crazy. I always thought 15 lbs was too light. Funny thing is, I've been waiting for the 15 lbs to get lighter so I can advance to heavier weight. Not anytime soon because those 15 lbs be whooping my a** up one side and down the other. I started on heavy weights (200-300 lbs) but immediately stared having issues with straining and deep bone pain. My light weights exercise is the perfect fit. IYKYK

Eat high protein low fat meals. Go for chicken, ground turkey, lamb, fish, beef etc. Get healthy carbs like sweet potatoes, potatoes. And plenty of fruits and vegetables. Eat as clean as you can. You want to get as much of your protein out of food as possible and not rely on protein shakes. Those should be used for supplementing your protein intake. You want to consume at least 80% of your body weight in protein per gram. You do that and stay consistent, you will grow. Hope this helps.

Big facts I’ve seen this too here in the U.K., at 6 am this morning I ran a quick 5k and then went gym and smashed leg day. I’m casually doing 80kg/180lbs squats and 250kg/550lbs leg presses after a long run, my legs felt like jelly after I was done. I consider myself a ‘hybrid athlete’, it combines running and weight lifting - I don’t want to be the strongest, but the most explosive & functional, basically someone who can lift heavy & run far. Got to the gym at 8 am and I’m already seeing a cute girl whose pushing weight, doing hip thrusts or whatever they’re called and later on after I’ve finished using the leg press machine, I saw her checking me out. Some girls are training like warriors whilst some guys are drooling over them during their workouts. Edit: Nick Bare is the inspiration behind how I train, he’s got a KZbin channel too

Nut butters help you put on weight fast like peanut butter but almond butter is much better put them in your protein shake 2-3 times a week drink a shake or you can use oats but be careful because grains like oatmeal can make you gain weight too fast if you don’t eat them in moderation and be aware your body metabolizes them as sugar so it will spike insulin and when insulin is metabolized properly that’s how people get fat and insulin resistant
