It’s laughable. He knows the liar that Woody is. Liars don’t just start lying one fine day. If you know any you know two things: they forget they lie; they can’t remember lying. And it does not matter to whom. Simple: they lie all the time. Truth is a complete stranger. One thing Woody knows for sure: he does not want to go to jail! I absolutely believe his word on that. Whatever he has been saying is what he will say if it serves him and just as swiftly can’t recall if what he said does not serve him in the present moment. It’s a kangaroo trial and THIS judge is in on it, too. Glanville is leading from the back. She is less abrasive, that certain female touch but make no mistake, her bias is clear. Some days she prosecutes, other days she withdraws into her Judge Cosplay. It’s class war plain and simple. You live in Atlanta long enough you know what this looks like. You’re in or your’re out. That whole way of life that the city too busy to hate used to love, now loathes as the most powerful image of ATL - that’s what and who you see at the Bar and on the stand. It’s OUT. They’re going down. I’m not saying it’s right; it’s what I’ve seen in this town over and over at every institutional level, from the schoolhouse to the jailhouse.

This case has definitely made a mockery of the prosecution team; however, there must be something more to it that we don't know/understand because it's incredible to me that they've been able to hold this man for 2 years without bail. This is incredibly sad. Whether he's guilty or not, waiting that long to learn your fate is totally unacceptable. It's happening more and more in court systems across America.

When she first came in, I liked her, she put the DA in their place when needed. As the days went by I saw her starting to agree with the DA time after time after time. That’s when I knew she was no better than fat boy. She doesn’t like any defense lawyers and it shows. And, that stupid giggle she does, I wanna tell her, “just stop it”!! Exactly, when defense argues she’s all “uhujh’n” and she either cuts them off to rather or she waits till they are done arguing and she immediately starts talking her point, no ousse or anything and just goes on to make her ruling she already made her mind to do in the first place. When the state argues and they start stuttering, she jumps in and finishes their arguement and says that’s what yall are trying to do right ? And the stage always agrees and she goes “so yea I’m going to overrul” Ofcourse you are. You are a glorified prosecutor. I think this judge is here rummage sure this case gets to a jury verdict. If she doesn’t let in the states bs evidence, the state will gage no choose but to stop the Rico becaue they’d have nothing. Judge sees that the defense is putting in great arguments and she knows that it will get overturned on appeal but as long as it gets to a verdict it makes glanville look good.
