HE didnt let her speak and explain herself and just went on a rant for minutes and then sentenced her. I agree that what she did was wrong but the rant and not let her explain after asking.. When the prosecuter goes on a rant Glanvill let her almost everytime. When defend point something out the judge always goes on a rant against the defense even in front of the jury and then he was wrong. To much partiality. ⁠@@hereticlife2546 he doesn’t like the fact that the lawyer won’t tell him who ‘snitched’ about his secret meeting, so he threw him in jail. the lawyer was literally reading the law that stated he had the right to withhold said information, but the judge wouldn’t take that into consideration. He wouldn’t even take a second to consider his motion for a mistrial afterwards, he didn’t let the 20 lawyers standing outside the room in to defend their colleagues contempt charges. Those are all clear signs of bias, and he did all that because his sense of self importance is so great he refuses to be proven wrong/called out in any way by the defenses council. That’s how I see things, at least. This judge has definitely proven to be too self important to be impartial.

This judge has issues. He starts court late. He delays the proceedings having 2hrs lunches and ending early. Days/weeks off. He delays rulings for later. He cannot allow the defense to speak their arguments yet the state can talk uninterrupted for 30 minutes. The state pre-trial motioned the court to remove him off the case which was denied. Judge threatened Steele with misconduct yet did nothing about Love lying to the court. Candor to the Tribunal is within the rules of professional conduct. Guess the rule book goes out the windowor swings in one direction in this courtroom. The judge is supposed to be objective and ensure a fair trial is conducted. The state has been trying to slide evidence in without sharing since day 1. There comes a point when it is enough. He is a narc and gaslight. The worst thing is that every defendant is affected. JQC needs to take notice of this judge. When judge is informed that he has never been admonished in front to the jury. It shut him up. Motion to recuse. Total embarrassment and the state needs his help.

I know this mf judge ain’t say you keep delaying when he have them jurors come in at 8am and not start court until 1130, take a 2hour lunch at 1230 and a 3hour comfort break at 230 and then dismiss them at 3… if this judge start at 9, take a 1 hour lunch, one 10min comfort break in the morning and one in the afternoon working until 5p, this trial would move so much faster.
