I live in Arkansas and even here Fulton county has a reputation for the absolute slum of the slum as far as their facilities go. Arkansas isn’t much better, especially eastern Arkansas, some of their water is more like sludge and the facilities are soooo beyond out dated, not to mention the corruption inside, but Fulton county…. That whole place needs to be condemned. From top to bottom, inside- out, the facility and the faculty. Every place has a level of corruption. Maybe that’s just my experience but around here it’s just known. Having said that, places like Fulton county…. Yikes… I feel for them.

Why are they in general population during a high profile trial? At a minimum they should be in the safest unit of the jail until a verdict is given. Very little or no interaction with other inmates until trial is over to prevent something like this from happening.
