The judge needs to be removed from the bench, the trial declared a mistrial, then disbar him and send him to jail.

I agree he abused his authority and breached his constitutional rights as well as moved illegally in emotion against large law to try to send him to jail breaching confidentiality agreement his attorney had every right not to disclose his information but the judge had no right to meet with counsel and prosecution and a witness without the attorney

Too true this is a corrupt judge. Needs to at least not be able to practice ever again.

Hope the lawyer files a complaint against the judge with the State Bar. That judge needs to be removed from the bench, disbarred, and in jail. He even admitted in open court to breaking the law.

OJ's trial took nearly 3 years from crime to aquittle. Where have you been? It's always like this when it's a major case and they don't plead out.

Steele is a bad man. He had over 20 attorneys awaiting to represent him and Mr. Adams did a great job too in supporting Steele. That's solid support. I wish black folks would learn to do the same oppose to all this self hatred.

"... bad man." Do you mean bad, as in he is a good lawyer, or actually a bad one?

This is no surprise to me because it affects young thugs ability to have effective counselling, especially where his council is put under duress! How can he or any of the council work effectively with the threat of prison looming?

I'm watching the trial on Echo. I have never seen such a circus ! Woody is testifying .... but the Prosecutor is leading Woody, with every question.... she ask the question and then she answers it, and Woody will only comment. The defense objects, (because leading a witness is not allowed ) and the judge 'overrules' . I am positive the Appetite Court is watching this circus !
