I think by not compromising she certainly got what she wanted and when I saw her 2nd loft area well that certainly nailed it for me. I think this is one of the best designed tiny house I have seen. Though I wonder who built it for her, her dad, a company? It is lovely that her father has such a big piece of land as that would have pushed up the cost. Bryce, Your channel has truly inspired me to design and build a tiny home as a stepping stone towards my dream house (an Earthship). I love the comfort and personality all these homes have and they are an extremely effective way of escaping from the rent trap early on so you can live a fulfilling life with experiences rather than material goods. Love the channel, keep it up!

Hands down the best tiny house I’ve seen. Finally! Someone who has created a cosy and comfortable living space that isn’t just a thoroughfare in the middle of the house. That comfy loft space with the TV is just fabulous. Make me a carbon copy of this place and I’m in!

I think if everybody made their own tiny house with their own hands and lived in it the world would be a better place. More room and more organic. I don’t know sounds amazing to me.
@taserrr5 жыл бұрын
Maybe more organic but a lot less efficient. Don't get me wrong I love tiny houses but it's not for everybody and it most certainly is not as efficient compared to an apartment complex.
@debracisneroshhp28275 жыл бұрын
@@taserrr In what capacity are you referring when you say "...not as efficient compared to an apartment complex"? I suppose that would depend on how much sq. footage you are talking about and at what rate of rent you are paying, and what kind of lifestyle you prefer. In an urban setting you may have 500-600 sq. ft. at $2000 per month and over 30 yrs. at that rate(which we all know won't stay at that rate) you would have paid $720,000+ and nothing to call your own! Aside from that, you don't have authority to change much, accept maybe paint but then, you'd have to repaint back to the way it was if you move, otherwise they'd deduct it from your deposit, even though they'd do it anyway after you leave! 😳 And you generally don't have a yard or space for plants or outside entertaining when the weather is nice. And if you want to have a party, well, you have neighbors right on the other side of your wall(s) and/or up or downstairs! And if you or your neighbors have kids, well, there's that 'neighbors' thing again! If you want pets, you are limited to how many and even what species. Most places these days require deposits of $100-$1000 PER pet PLUS pet rent of anywhere between $25-$100, again, PER pet! 👿 You may not have a designated spot to park your car if you have one, either! So, yeah, depending what your lifestyle is! I say, give me the small house on a 1/2 -1+ acre plot, where I can grow some food, have bbq's/parties with as many guests as I can fit on the property(till 3am if I want), have as many pets as I can financially care for(saving them from being euthanized at the shelter), and being far enough away from the neighbors that we can't hear each other fart in the middle of the night, all for about 1/2 -1/3 of the price of renting over the long haul! 😱😎😺

@@alanedark1538 I'm fairly convinced that in New Zealand -where i'm from- parents who can help, will help, out of kindness; whether they're rich or not! And secondly, that you seem to have a problem with this virtue...somehow accusing and confusing 'a helping hand' as 'spoiling' the children through privilege. Truly, if you're not from here, you really don't understand the attitudes here. I have fairly poor parents, but they always helped me as much as they could, out of sheer kindness and i'm am filled with gratitude for all they sacrificed. Helen is a beautiful soul filled to the brim with gratitude; no doubt this was instilled by her parents' attitudes.Take a look at your own judging vibes.

This is my favourite tiny home. I love it. It looks so comfy and inviting. The only thing (if it were mine, and this is just me) I would add some railings around two sides of the bed as I would feel like I might roll off the bed into the lounge room below or onto the stairs!
