Mooooorre!!!! Thank you! I’m an Architectural Project Manager at an Architecture firm, and we use ArchiCAD and many of the apps you mentioned on the Mac ecosystem. It would be great to see how the current BIM software developers like Revit and ArchiCAD incorporate the Apple Vision Pro(AVP). I wonder if the AVP is able to open up BIMx models for example. Also, perhaps how would Rhino & Grasshopper might develop 3D model plugins for the AVP. I am excited for the future of Architecture. Minority Report /Tony Stark design is here 🔥🙌🏽

Speaking as a not-so-young architect, I appreciate your pragmatism and straightforward discussion of this new tool. On another note and perhaps others have discussed this, and that is the potential usefulness of the AVP for immersive 3-D visualization of designed (unbuilt) space. Of course, the BIM/ 3D software needs to catch up with this opportunity. - and I'd like that software to be here now! Please do more videos, including telling us what you know about the AVP's usefulness as a design tool aid. StephArch

That was fantastic, one of my favorite “regular guy” reviews I’ve seen for the VP. I’m enjoying mine a lot. Having problems with comfort that can hopefully be resolved with unattractive by comfortable aftermarket straps. One of the negatives I would add which I haven’t seen discussed is that swiping between apps on the home screen is a bit laggy and jittery, like I’ll see ghosting and stuttering on the app icons when I do that. Doesn’t instill much confidence in the performance headroom. Plenty of app crashes as well. This thing is running at the edge. AVP is both hard to recommend and hard to imagine returning. I think we all look forward to Gen 2 & 3.
