Yes, are you saying your gel polish is drying out in the bottle or on the nail? As for the ombré, it just depends on the look you are wanting. A blend of two colors or more.

Oh yeah, my bad. I was watching y'alls vid on marbling. What my problem is is that the gel does dry in the bottle, yes but also ( FYI I'm a prior cosmo/nail tech albeit an Og ) as I transfer the gel from my plate to nail it dries both on the nail and the plate too quickly. And these are brand new polishes. Therefore, by the time I try to marble... well, it's too late. I can do some killer marbling if I have blooming gel, but after that. Phhhff forget it.

What products are you using? Gel shouldn't be drying without being cured by an LED or UV light.

@youngnailsinc I was using beetles but switched to GAOY, and it worked a little better, but now I'm also using RARJSM. Now that one just leaks right through the stupid bottle, and of course, as I previously said, I know to keep the bottles clean so that they don't dry out, but even still... Man, I'm tellin' y'all all these new products are amazing, but damn... I'm lost lol

Unfortunately, we don't test other brands so we can't speak to what could be happening. We would recommend contacting the brand you purchased from for help troubleshooting the product.

Very nice! DIYer here, I do a lot of stamping, I must have at least 30 plates, takes a bit of practice to get a good rythym and having good stamping polishes and stamping head makes a HUGE difference but I always get compliments on my nails. Definitely going to try the marbleing, your technique looks so much easier than others I've seen.

You would add a clear base or top coat that does have a tacky layer after curing.

I prefer to use a lint roller when stamping to clean the Stamper. Over time nail polish remover and acetone will cloud it up!

Can you, please, tell me what to do in case of severe itching at the fingers level? I keep getting this when using the lamp and UV gels/polishes. Do you know of any treatment for this? I keep getting this itch every time I have my nails done at home or at a salon. Thanks!

Unfortunately allergic reactions can happen even to soap. We try a minimize our contact with products used for nails by keeping it off the skin however some people are more sensitive than others. We always recommend seeing a health care provider at the first signs of a reaction and then to keep all products off until you are completely healed.
