I’m not certain where to write this but this was your most recent video that I could find. You have put out by far, THE best acrylic nail product I have EVER found! I wish I’d had your stuff thirty years ago when I was starting out. I have NEVER used such a fine quality product! It doesn’t lift or crack or break or become brittle. It’s amazing!! NOTHING LIKE IT OUT THERE!!! Thank you! I mostly just do my own nails now and I cannot believe how long they last with your product! I used to maybe get ten to twelve days before the lifting began. Now I have been able to go SIX WEEKS!!! I can’t even believe it. Thank you, thank you, thank you! THE BEST!!!

I love the way you teach! It's really helpful! I have been doing my own nails for the past 2 years. I've dabbled in everything. What works for me is using clear false nails with the new technique, nail glue being cured under LED light instead of regular nail glue. I then use gel polish over it and do my own designs. I was wondering if I could do this same technique over my extensions and gel polish? I know this gel isn't the same but I figured I could, to save myself time on taking off the false nails, etc? I would really appreciate your feed back! 🙏

As long as you are removing any lifting during each fill and rebalance you can keep the same set continuously.

When you press the bristles out, they become more oval shaped, but you caan bring them back to a point if you roll or press the bristles on the sides.

If there's any lifting, you want to make sure you file it off before filling. This way, you ensure there is no bacteria/moisture under the lift that could lead to "greenies" as well as lead to more lifting or breakdown of the nails.

I just recently bought one of your kits.. it came with an ultra violet optical brightener sealer.. is that just a topcoat and if so do you use it with a UV lamp? And does it have a tacky later?

Oooppps did I do one step to many? I did base gel, then concealer pink and then gloss, filed it, protein bond again and then finish gel. Was the gloss unnecessary, because I figured i needed the extra protection since I cook and do hair a lot. It came out great but it was a lot of steps. What's ur opinion guys? I've been using youngnails acrylic then switch to gel but I'm getting confused on the build I do the nail prep use the base gel then concealer pink or regular clear build I guess I'm just confused on which build is good for the whole nail

You can use different builder gels depending on what you're doing, and what you like... the consistencies are different, and the colors as well between them, but the goals of each are the same. Does that help?

Great video. It's really clear and easy to see what you're doing. I loved that bit you used to prep the nail, is it a Young Nails one? I'm clearly doing something wrong though lol. I use the clear gel and each time I do a fill I can see a line where the new gel meets the grown out gel. Where am I going wrong? How can I avoid this?

Sounds like maybe just a bit more blending with your prep, the bits he used were the safety bit & a diamond bit. The diamond bit is great for prep.

What if the client has gel polish over her gel? What steps should I take when I need to remove gel polish... I would end up removing shine from the entire nail, and in this video you say not to remove shine from the tip of the nail...

We do not test other products with ours, so we don't know for sue how a polygel would bond to a hard gel. How, since hard gel becomes non-porous once cured, it only tends to bond well with hard gel when doing fills, so it's possible that you may have separation if you fill it with polygel.

Yes, for any kind of enhancement, your prep will generally be the same, pushing back the cuticles, remove the shine, cleanse with Swipe and apply Protein Bond. Now, if you are working with just gel polish and are changing out the color, you would want to remove all of the old color down to the base coat (leave the base as a protective layer), re-prep and then apply new base, color, top. Since we don't carry a polygel product, we can't speak for that product, but for our acrylic system, you would prep the nail as in the video and just apply a small pearl of acrylic at the cuticle area as well.

It's going to be different for everyone. It would also depend on how long it's been between fills. I would say it would take more time that a fill more less than a full set or around the same as a full set.
