By the way Gordon, your son Jack was right to want to taste the chocolate mixture before it went into the refrigerator. In addition, after you slathered chocolate over his entire face, YOU CAN BE PROUD THAT HE IS GROWING UP TO BE A REAL SPORT! He handled himself very well! ... I've made a few of his recipes for my family. It's was absolutely delicious but, I bet it would of been better if he made it. I love to try new food. Gordon's my favorite chef. The best in the world in my opinion. I love that he includes his daughters when he cooks.

Truly an amazing chef. The whole tin foil shiny side out thing though. Shiny side or dull side makes no difference in cooking that's an old wives tale. It has to do with the way it comes off the rollers when being manufactured. Either way thank you for all the amazing recipes and have a Merry Christmas

It may irk chef ramsey, but I do wish his recipes were in both ounces and cups as well as grams. Us Americans do not cook with the metric measurement system much. having to convert all the ingredients before I can use the recipe can be very time consuming and takes all the fun out of it. PS: I love your pudding recipe. Sounds fantastic! :)
