I listened to your previous video on Boron. I have been taking 6 - 8 mg daily with my vitamin D for bone growth and to decalcify the pineal gland. From your video I learned that Boron helps magnesium be more bio-avaiable. So I decided to take Boron with the magnesium that I take at night. The next morning the bowel movement I had was incredible. I do have regular BM everyday, but this was a new level. Just as an FYI for those that do suffer from constipation.

what kind of MG did you take ? and how much ?
@lizmurray80 Жыл бұрын
@@g.s.5868 I take magnesium glycinate and the brand is Nutrascriptives. I read a book on magnesium a few years ago, and the author said 5 times your weight is the mg you should take. So I take 750 mg per day , but I break it up. I take 250 mg at 3 pm and with dinner around 7 pm I take 500 more. You will know if you are taking too much as it will cause loose bowels, so then just back off some. The more stress you are under and the more you exercise and sweat, the more your body needs.

Thanks so much for that tip! I have suffered from constipation all my life. Magnesium helps, of course, but not every day. Will add boron from now on. (Magnesium oxide 400 mg w/triple complex of oxide, citrate and aspartate 400 mg for a total of 800 mg.) That might be too much for some though. Not too much for my bricks! 😬

Pls consider taking mg glycinate or citrate, oxide seems to have side effects and i think 800 mg is too much. @@oldegoatee8450
